I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Zamora at the front desk during my recent stay at the Hilton.

When I first arrived, my experience was not going well, and I was honestly frustrated and disappointed. However, she completely turned things around. From the moment she stepped in, she listened with genuine concern, treated me with respect, and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues I was experiencing.

What impressed me most wasn't just her professionalism—it was her willingness to go above and beyond. She didn't treat me like just another guest; she treated me like my comfort and satisfaction truly mattered. Her positive attitude, patience, and dedication transformed what was shaping up to be a terrible stay into an amazing one.

In an industry where customer service can make or break an experience, Zamora exemplified everything hospitality should be. Because of her efforts, I left with a completely different impression of the hotel and a renewed appreciation for the Hilton brand.

Please extend my sincere gratitude and recognition to this outstanding employee. They are a tremendous asset to your team, and her commitment to exceptional guest service deserves to be celebrated.

This hotel is lacking cleanliness and overall maintenance. Our shower did not put water out of the shower head very well, our room was a little dirty and the hotel looked as if it could use a good cleaning. The hotel reeked of weed. There always seemed to be friends of employees lingering around in common areas, the parking lot and the pool all hours of the day and night. Having made to order breakfast is a waste- a hotel is supposed to be quick, if I want to sit down and order breakfast I certainly won't do it here. Upon check-in the receptionist attempted to charge $75 per night for a pet fee when this is not in the policy. The person they were training had to correct them and show them the policy stated a one time fee of $75 for 1-4 nights. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I liked it! Great service with a concierge pick up drop off which was very helpful since the area isn't walkable (at all), rooms were laid out nicely, pillows and bed were a little stiff and pillows either deflated or too stiff but okay and the gym was small but had good working equipment. The biggest downside is the by car only location and random outdoor noises through the night (train, airline nearby) and a bright microwave timer light. I really liked the fridge, microwave and Keurig as options (even though I brought an aero press) since breakfast isn't automatically included. Biggest plus is the concierge, that made the trip here worthwhile. I could go to my office, get picked up at a restaurant, picked up and dropped off at the airport. They even brought my luggage when picking me up! Just outstanding service, both drivers were very friendly and had great recommendations. Rooms felt dated but slightly modern

Had a great time. The morning I went down to get coffee I had the best time chatting it up with Helen and Natalie!

They were so kind and fun!! Learned alot about them.

The breakfast was excellent!!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel for a work related trip. They were very pleasant and accommodating for me and my little pup. The room was nice, the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water, and the location provides easy access to my office! I enjoyed the onsite restaurant both nights of my stay and had the absolute best server, and if you dine here you should definitely request Teresa! The burgers were delicious, rooms were nice, and everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful!!
