The room was clean. Which is extremely important. The staff was friendly and the shower was hot. I was also able to get it for a great price so no complaints There. But the hotel food was terrible. They had a veggie patty that was most likely a morning star veggie burger that was fried instead of baked so it was greasy. The fries where also super greasy. The breakfast was ok. Overall if you stay here just make sure you check around for places to eat first.

We got a very, I mean, VERY spacious room. It's was awesome. Breakfast is great, too. Dinner food was ok. Service, how clean the room was, overall experience is 5 stars. Really liked it.

Went there for a one night stay for a concert in Raleigh. Very central location between Raleigh and Durham and very close to RDU Airport. I didn't eat the breakfast, but I'm sure it's like the other Hilton Gardens. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms look like they were recently renovated. The staff were pleasant and professional throughout the experience.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed having some wine on their patio. Still Curious why they have a picture of the Texas Rangers at the Seattle Mariners on their website with the caption Minor League Baseball made Durham Famous. What does that picture have to do with Durham or Minor League Baseball.

If I could rate 6 this facility 6-stars, they'd get it. The hotel staff were top-notch throughout my stay. They attended to my requests (which weren't many), but they were willing to go the extra mile to make me feel at home. The front-desk crew (Angela, Barrett & Jeanie) were as professional as you can find, yet made me (and I'm sure others) feel at home. From a welcoming smile, to funny and interesting conversations to honest recommendations about places/restaurants to check-out, they just set the bar high for my future stays at hotels in general. I also appreciate their restaurant-kitchen crew - the food was deliciously well prepared to order. Gotta check out the chefs in the AM too especially with their omelettes (made to order). Warning, the bar/restaurant is almost always packed/busy but still a good place to catch a drink or 2 and a conversation. The rooms/amenities were also on point. Clean, smelled nice and the bed was very comfortable and no loud noise or people around - pretty much business-like i'd say. Overall, the entire staff did a great job as I felt welcomed, and ultimately had a pleasant stay..

Great bed and water pressure in the shower, as expected fromThe Hilton name. Staff was friendly, and helpful with places to venture to. Will recommend this place to anyone visiting the research triangle. Conveniently located.

Clean and spacious room with an upgrade to a King size bed during our overnight stay. The included continental breakfast was great. Had a Western with extra cheese as well as plenty of self service items. Went back for refills. The bacon was crunchy and delicious!

Super stay at this location, the check in was easy and fast, they have a great little restaurant on site where I had dinner. The was excellent. I also had breakfast the and they have a full service menu made to order. Really liked that. The room was nice and quite and well appointed.

It was good. Not great. Room served it's purpose I guess. The water would not stay hot for a shower. We called and complained, but the maintenance person that they called to come check still hasn't shown up and we've already checked out. Bed was uncomfortable. TV kept going from bright to dark... my advice, choose a different hotel. 🤷🏾‍♀️

1 night, 11/29/19. Overall good hotel. Friendly staff. Best water flow of any hotel sink I have seen in 20 years. All appliances worked, and lighting was adequate. Queen mattress sunk to the middle with two people. Despite the usual sign encouraging us to re-use towels, there was only a hook on the back of the door to hang them to dry; that is inadequate. Tub drained poorly.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The only issue was the water pressure. The shower would get real hot and make a thumbing sound when someone else was using it.Also the women at the front desk was nice. She offered our son a treat when we were checking out. Very close and convenient to the airport.

It was clean! That is a big deal during COVID. We very much appreciate Hilton for their quality standard during these unfortunate times.When we checked in, we were not offered a status upgrade. No big deal, but we were not acknowledge for our status as we usually are at other locations. No commentary breakfast of any sort. We understand times are hard, other locations have prepackaged items to hand out. Only bottled water or items for purchase available here.We would absolutely stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

We enjoyed our stay although this is a time of the Pandemic. The room was clean but I still had my Clorox wipes and Disinfectant, i didn't take any chances.The Staff was Friendly and Professional. I would stay here again.

Standard king room was quite spacious, bed seemed just a little short, I am 6'4" but very comfortable. Great hot water but shower head leaks sideways. All in all, pleasant stay.

The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. From the front desk to the bar to the breakfast, everyone was great. I would highly recommend.

Room was clean would have give 5 star but they had a birthday party with young collage boys that holler and run up down hall till after 12:00am we are older and my wife had just left Duke hospital from a 5 hour treatment and we got a Room for her to relax before over 3 hour ride back home. Didn't get much sleep with the partying after they finally went to there rooms the guys didn't have respect for the other guest. It's a nice hotel we just come on a bad night. My wife didn't feel well after her treatment and needed rest. Didn't want call down to desk to complain didn't know how them boys that was partying would take it so we set and watched TV till they finally stopped

Good location in the high-tech area. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is $13 but not as good and diverse as the breakfast at other HGIs.

Nice accomodations but be aware that it's quite difficult to regulate the water temperature in the rooms shower. It's either too hot or too cold. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. However, there was no hot water in the room so I wasn’t able to take a shower, which is a basic amenity that I paid for.Downgrading to a 3 star because based on other reviews, they turn off the hot water when there aren’t enough guests. That is crazy! You should let guests know when they check in that there’s no hot water.

Excellent services. Easy check in and out. Rooms very clean. Blind bed and pillows slept like a dream. Breakfast was a hot cold bar buffet depending on level of honors you are dictates your price. Food was very good.

Not a bad hotel at all. Check in was easy. The staff was really nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Location was conveniently located near the interstate.

Allow to start by saying Julie(The Best Front Desk Manager) and Pryl (The Best Front Desk Employee) are both nothing short of amazing! Because of life's circumstances I found myself having to stay at this hotel for a little over a month. Throughout the duration of my stay they both were sure to go over and beyond in efforts of making sure I was comfortable. To say that their people's skills are impeccable would certainly be an understatement. This particular Hilton operates with an abundance of integrity, diligence,and temperance. In my opinion, the above mentioned description of the operations of this hotel is because of Julie and Pryl, as they both are the foundation that this hotel needs to continue to build off of. The both of them are well deserving of a raise.

More room for improvement with customer service. Great location lots of things to do around the area.
