The hotel in general is fine. The room was clean and smelled fresh considering that the room had carpet. The bed was firm, which I love. The hotel was close to the highway and food, which was a plus. My only true complaint is the water temperature. While taking a shower, the water temperature was barely warm. I had to the run the water for 10-15 minutes before the water actually got warm.

I'm comparing against the various hotels around DC I've used for business travel over the past 10 years. Pros - its tap water tasted fine (for the provided coffee and tea) - two water bottles provided without extra charge - the provided iron and board were both clean - had both a microwave and a mini fridge - they actually vacuumed the carpet as I walked barefoot Cons - ambulance sirens at night on the road directly outside - the hot water max wasn't so hot the first night - three coffees provided but only one tea - their bar served one of the worst mixed drinks I've ever tasted - add 10 minutes to all travel plans to deal with nearby road construction's one way traffic - if you have family entering and exiting the room, the bathroom door being in the way of the main door will drive you nuts

Rooms are neat and tidy. Linens are spotless and fresh. Food is average and pricey. Fitness center is decent. There are no dental kits or house slippers provided so make sure you carry your own. Housekeeping is only on request, beverage/water refill is done only on housekeeping. Ironing board and iron are provided in room which was a big help. It was closer to my work and the RDU airport so that was a good thing. Also wifi is pretty decent, i was able to attend zoom calls and work without any glitch. But there are no eateries or shops nearby so you need a car to be able to roam around.

Stayed here in September for 2 weeks for work. Overall it is a nice hotel, although there are some things they could do to spruce it up a little to give it that nice hotel feeling. My biggest complaint would be the pet stains from previous guest in my room. I have a dog so I appreciate that they allow pets, however they should keep them to a certain floor or rooms and if not they need to carpet clean. Also wasn't impressed by the $16 breakfast buffet, not much variety for price and menu for breakfast and dinner is not the best. I would stay here again for sure but I hope they can just change things a little just to make it feel nicer.

This hotel was a nice overnight the second time around for me. The 1st time was not the best experience, but I'm glad I had another overnight stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and inviting. However, the breakfast offered is overly priced and not worth the visit. Definitely recommend exploring other nearby areas. But this is a nice hotel stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast was also good but a little pricy for the caliber. Room was disappointing. It smelled heavily of bleach, which was quite unpleasant. Room lacked sufficient available outlets (needed 2 phones, Bluetooth headset and a laptop) and lacked modern USB receptacles. I dont think that 4 near the desk or beds is an unreasonable ask. Sink had very low flow & pressure. Heavy bathroom door with auto close was also repeatedly inconvenient. All told an OK place, but well below my expectations for the brand.
