It's a nice ooen and spacious park. There's a big field, a pool, and tennis court. Just be careful with the slides. There's one that has a bolt messing (the slide facing the woods, see pic below).
This may be my kids favorite park. And no, that bolt has not been fixed yet 🤨 -
There are many higher reviews and I guess there have been some updates such as for the tennis court. But I have been to quite possibly 100 parks (I wish I was joking) this is probably my least favorite as far as playgrounds go. I do love the giant field when it’s mowed but unfortunately it was not. The field needed mowing, the playground is in despair and needs to be updated. Confused how all these other parks are getting all the updates and this one in a main town is dilapidated unless there are plans for it to be upgraded. If so it can’t come soon enough. I gave it a 2 because it has a very big field. And I like the bench area being close to the play structure. But the bench area also needs some updating. The play structure omg it is a rusty dusty bucket of an ole gal just hangin in there. -
Nice park. To offer a party for toddlers and not have bathrooms is not ok -
We need many upgrades. No basketball court pool is below standard. The picnic cover areas are in need of new lights, This park has been historically in the community for many, many years, and the city should do more to fund this park for better enjoyment. Overall, it was a great time amongst family and friends... -
A very good playground for children and large fields for frisbee or other field sports and a small creek for children to explore in as well as restrooms. Otherwise small parking lot and not many other amenities.
