The Monti is partnering with The Carolina Theatre of Durham for a night of storytelling that revolves around people’s lived experiences with the theatre. Talented artists, both local and national, have taken their first exhilarating bows on the Fletcher Hall stage. Some longtime fans have formed lifelong friendships watching the movie magic of Friday night Retro double-features. Other lucky visitors to the Carolina have found love at the venerable venue, which has hosted everything from magical first dates to applause-inducing engagement proposals to glorious wedding ceremonies.
