They claim that they do hobby stuff on the side, but they have always gotten my orders to me earlier than the estimated shipping date and in perfect condition. They are very willing to discuss getting in new stock and potential issues, and have taken amazing care of the online spaces I frequent. Xepher is worthy of your patronage, whether you are local or trying to find a small business to support.

Awesome and amazing Arcade! It had a bunch of Rhythm Games, Fighting Games, and more! (Nintendo Switch 2, Wii, Playstation, etc) I definitely recommend this place and it’s only a $15 entrance fee for the whole day! They have a bunch of equipment for Rhythm Gamers to buy! Love this place, will be coming back when I visit NC again!

Friendly staff and very active for a tenant that has been there for a year and some. They have older gaming and some new gaming which they have the PS2, PS5,Nintendo 64, Nintendo Switch, GameCube, Sega Saturn, Wii, xbox360,and some arcade cabinets that have a PS4 or PS3 hooked up to play games off it that are compatible with the arcade machine itself. It also is 10 dollars per day to play for a couple hours

Edit: We became monthly members shortly after this review and now go 2-3 times per week. If you like rhythm games, this is THE place for you! We tried this arcade for the first time on a weekday afternoon and ended up spending hours there. Despite that, there was enough variety that I didn't get to try everything (oh no, i guess we'll have to go back). It was only $20 for me and my husband to play as long as we wanted. Every other time I have played Pump It Up elsewhere, it was at LEAST a couple dollars per play so I feel like this was a steal. Plus, there's so many rare games there I've never even seen before. Xepher is a truly amazing arcade. This place is so clearly a labor of love. I feel like they're offering a service to the community with their pricing model rather than trying to make money. I just hope it's sustainable for them because it is such a cool place.

Friendly and engaged owner. Highly recommend. Primarily an arcade but branching out into other Hobby spaces. (TCGs, Warhammer etc) Only vendor in the triangle area to carry AK gen 3 paints.

Fantastic shop! I had a shipping issue that was completely my fault but Robert Hoang the owner personally took care of it and got everything sorted for me. Extremely professional customer service and just great people. If your looking to order any Warhammer or even Gunpla this is the place to get it from. Will definitely be a reoccurring customer.

Such a great place for rhythm game fanatics or even just a chill vibe zone! I recently popped in with a day pass and was instantly hooked. Such a convenient place to have locally too!

Just stopped by to check this place out, stayed for hours. Never been a rhythm game person but ended up playing and got hooked. I was just there to play fighting games 🤣. Can’t wait to come again and interact with the community. Amazing place!

If you like rhythm games, whether you're new to them or a veteran, Xepher is the place to go. Friendly staff, everything is clean, and the machines are in great condition. They also have a retro gaming section, a huge selection of gunpla, TCGs, and Warhammer.

They had a lot of older and very unique weird games not for the average arcade experience. Some people might like it but definitely my cup of tea but staff was really good friendly and attentive.

Hands-down the best Japanese arcade in NC. Extremely good pricing (a full day of unlimited play for 15 bucks), diverse selection of games, a super nice owner, and quite a few things to buy at the storefront! Arcade is very clean and all of the cabs are working. I would recommend anyone in the triangle area to visit it at least once, even if you aren't into anime or Japanese rhythm games.

Excellent selection of rhythm games, all with unlimited play with the cost of admission. Felt like I could have stayed forever, and I can't wait to go back. Other things of note: -Machines were all on and working, unlike certain arcade chains (looking at you Round1 🤨) -Games and space were all clean -Great selection of Gundam, figures, and retro games for sale, and fair prices -Friendly, knowledgeable staff
