This is one of THE most lackluster Wendy's ever. Consistently. How? Its a busy commercial area location. The fries are ALWAYS too salty and lukewarm, burgers are old and cheese tells it all... it looks as if melted yesterday and hasn't seen any heat since then. The meat is also dry, proof these burgers have been sitting out for a long time. Food looks and tastes as if you bought it yesterday and left it out overnight. I wish they would do better. At least once in a while. Desperate for a lil lunch, I forgot how much I hate this location. Well, now I remember. -
The heavy set white girl with all the makeup and red hair is so rude. She never speaks and never says you’re welcome. You need better people at the window. I don’t want to come here and encounter a horrible attitude like she doesn’t like her job every time I come here.
Also I asked for light mayo and I was given extra mayo smh.. -
I ordered online pickup. App put this address for pickup as I wanted. App sent order to different address. Neither location could cancel my order for me. So I ordered in person. And they still didn't get my order right. I ordered a $7 bacon double stack biggie bag with no onions. I got onions with no bacon single stack. But i was charged. I need all my money back and reduce minimum wage. Fast food need to earn their pay. Yall can't get orders right but want money and jobs. And the app is scamming im guessing.

Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Imagine waiting in line for 10 minutes to order inside and there's only 1 person in front of you. Staff aren't welcoming. No greetings, barely competent English comprehension, even speaking slowy, I regularly have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times, often times, for them to still get it wrong. Clearly DEI is not working well here.

If this review is for the Wendy's on Miami Blvd, I stopped here at night and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and only moved up 3 car lengths. Slow is not the word. I left the line drove over to McDonald's and was waited on and served my special order sandwich in under 5 minutes. Never going to that Wendy's, ever.
