This place needs a whole new manager or crewz there's always something wrong with the food or employees having attitudes, when trying to explain how you want your order done correctly. I had a double stack today and whoever fixed my Burger loaded a pint of salt on my Burger on purpose. I will be contacting a lawyer and and corporate in just a few minutes about this. I take blood pressure medicine and how the burger like nothing but salt says a lot.

The staff look as if they do not want to be there. Every single time I go there, everyone looks mad. No smiles, no friendly welcome. You will stand at the counter and see staff look at you waiting to give your order and they just ignore you. And for Gods sake, DO NOT order from here on DoorDash. They NEVER give you what you ordered. The food is always cold. The nuggets are either old and dry or burnt. Wendy’s always puts 2 strips of bacon on a JBC, but they take one piece and break it into and that’s it. This Wendy’s sucks so badly. I love Wendy’s and always have but this one is trash. The staff acts as if you are bothering them just by walking in. Last time, I just walked out and have never been back again and will never order from them again.

Came at 10:15 am. They don't serve breakfast at this location. Service is slow. Most of the drinks are out of stock in the freestyle machines, both in the dining room and at the drive-thru. The staff don't seem to know what they're doing, for the most part. I waited 15 minutes to get chicken tenders and fries. The girl at the front was nice enough. I like the look of the dining room, the big windows are nice. Otherwise, my experience was not great. I don't think I'll come back anytime soon.

It seems like this is the trend at this particular location. Whenever I frequent this location the staff walk around vaping or are on their phones.
Not to mention the constant yelling vulgar comment at one another, screaming and yelling behind the counter.
The young lady at the register greeted use with angry agitated look on her face.
Who I can only presume was the shift manager was play wrestling with another employee in a flirtous manner at the front of the restaurant and was outside during most of our visit.
Plus, if you are worried about drive thru times for their numbers, don't worry the system is disconnected so none of their drive thru number are recorded. -
The burger was just made. The staff is courteous and friendly. They're so young, none of them heard of James Bond. The gentleman behind me and I had a good laugh.
