This store provided the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Honestly the store doesn't deserve not even 1 star!! I waited in line for 35 mins for the employees to say they were out of burgers, cheese sauce and the shake machine was down! I was told there is no GM for this store to order properly however it became quite clear the employees must of started the closing process early and lied about all the above since I ordered ALL chicken sandwiches and received 2 hamburgers and I watched one of the employees stir cheese sauce but I stir received shredded cheese!! Oh and I can not forget to add there was glitter on my nuggets!! They spoke badly about owner and had zero bedside manors!! I would honestly go hungry before ordering here again!!

This location shouldn’t even be open. I am writing this from the drive through line I am still in 44 minutes later. Sat in front of the comm to order for 15 minutes with no answer. When I finally got to the window two unmasked employees are eating, handling my payment, and packing food all at the same time. Such a gross place do not come here.

Cleanliness 0/5. Bathrooms deplorable. Urine left all over the bathroom floors. Never seems to be cleaned except once a day. AT CLOSING TIME.
Quality 0/5. If you're gonna slather 30lbs of lotion on your crusty hands, or bathe your dirty self in gallons of perfume instead of actually showering..then don't touch my food! Whoever made my burger must not have been wearing gloves because the bread was bitter and tasted like some sort of flowery hand lotion or perfume.
Service 0/5. 20 MINUTE WAIT for these dullards to figure out how to put meat, bread and cheese together into one sandwich. One burger was all I ordered and it absolutely sucked. I was not about to ask for another. Threw the nasty thing away.
Price 2/5. Price would be fine. If I hadn't paid $5 for a sandwich I couldn't eat. -
Cashier named Teria gave me such terrible attitude and didn't want to give me discount. The manager helped me get discount. Took 15mins for simple fires and chicken sandwich when it wasn't busy. Im disappointed
