The burger was a little dry, but cover it up with enough sauce and its okay. they are charging for every sauce. They don't even provide one for free on a $17 dollar combo purchase. This drastically reduces the value of this place.

Cashier was very rude. Dead pan expression. I was trying to clear room in the car to receive the drinks and didn't notice they were holding the drinks for the hand off, and had an expression that was off putting. I tried to ask for something, and had me waiting at the window for a while. When I asked for what I asked for, they had no expression or an expression close to annoyance. And my order was not right, part of my order was wrong as well, I got a biggie bag and upgraded my fries to a large and I was given a medium sized fries. Overall the staff was unwelcoming and looked unprofessional. No kind of smile in place or welcoming hospitality. Deeply disheartening, especially when I was being polite the whole time.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went to this particular Wendy's after my mom's surgery because that's what she wanted. Only to get over talked, yelled at and told that "I don't have to serve you" very bad attitude from girl at the window which I presumed was the manager. Idk who she was cause she had no name tag with a jacket that does not look like a company jacket. Very rude. Terrible attitude! I did absolutely nothing to her but try to tell her my order that she could not get right.

Staying at hotel for business meeting and decided to swing by Wendys drive thru for a quick bite. Lady on the intercom was very fast and prompt and when I got to the window she took my payment and gave me my strawberry swirl shake and my burger. From drive thru ordering and to get my food literately took 3 mins. When I got to my hotel room and looked at my burger, the lettuce, tomato, bacon and cheese on my burger was all uniform as if they were creating art. I normally do not post on Google but this Wendys deserve two thumbs up; my home town could learn alot from these guys and lady and to add more, the burgers normally looks like a blind person slapped everything together and takes 15 mins or longer. I just want to give these guys 5 star for everything they do. I would tell you there names but forgot to ask. Thank You

I keep going there expecting it to be better than last time, but they keep serving dry, cold, unfresh food.
