I was greeted right away and she was very friendly. I ordered a baked potato, drinks and a kids meal. The french fries were over cooked. But the worst was the potato. It was the smallest potato and dried up. Unfortunately I was already on the road and couldn't go in to complain. The photo is a child's finger to show how small the potato was.

Terrible experience here, I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t have my order but they charged me. I don’t understand how you charged me but don’t have my order. They then tell me to get out of line until they find it. o had to reorder and call customer service for a refund. Took over an hour just to get my food and the people are rude. You’re better off going to the McDonald’s or Bojangles next to it instead, I would have if they hadn’t already charged me.

First thing very friendly people work at this location. They all care about the service they provide as well as making me feel welcome. The food was hot, fresh and fast. Very clean restaurant and restroom. I highly recommend eating here.

I ordered 2 Dave’s triple combos and 1 Dave’s double, $44. I get home and they were all singles. No receipt. This the second time the same mistake has happened. First time was a different location. Whatever format shows up on the screen when food is ordered needs to be a little more clear on the item being ordered. I’m just going have to open every item to check it.

Pulled today at 9:06am someone come on the microphone and ask what I would like. I then proceeded to tell them while informing the that the signs were still on lunch so I didn’t know exactly it was. After I tell them it goes silent for 5-7 min I callout asking if they heard me. No response. I then pull to the window someone is standing there unintentionally not acknowledging I pulled up to the window I sat there for about two minutes before someone stood back from the window*did not open* and made a no gesture that I could not order. Very unprofessional & rude. Such a waste of time.
