This location could use a little more customer service orientation. You need to ask about seating as there is no hostess to show you available seating. Our waitress once we identified open seats provided good service. Our server was Carolina and Josiah (sp) was very helpful. The food was on par for a Waffle House and what I expected. -
Dude this place rocks! Ezra the server and Hazel the cook kick ass! I was in town nearby for business for one night and came in for an evening meal at 10:30 pm and the vibe was so awesome that I put $30 into TouchTunes and just chilled picked songs and took requests. Come to. Find out it was their first night working together and they vibed great! It was awesome. On top of that they were training Laura and she was just getting her footing as she went. Had a freaking blast! It was what you would expect...pure Waffle House energy all positive! Wouldn't have traded it for anything. Thank you Waffle House-Durham!!! (I am now 3 hours in and still have about 15 credits left)

Don't bother coming here honestly. Every time I try to come here they always take forever to just greet us, over 20 minutes. They also always seem to ignore us and pay absolutely no attention when we eat in.
There were times I come in and they are BLASTING music, you can't even hear yourself think. They burn your food and get orders wrong regularly. I've tried this waffle house so many times. Go to the one on Roxboro st, its 1000% better. -
The cook where's no hat or hair covering while cooking the food it's unsanitary and disgusting, the service depends on what time you get there and to go orders are highway robbery. This is the Hillsborough rd location and hwy 54 location where the cook touched a dirty mop and decided to head to the stove she also didn't have a hat on its unsanitary. Thursday thru Sunday night shift has one of the best and cleanest cooks, you will be more than satisfied with the service on these days. Boi that lady can cook and she wears her hat 🤠 😂

It's your typical waffle house. The food was decent. The managers were yelling at new employees not doing tasks correctly. Our waitress was friendly and all the food came out correct and hot.
