Their space has evolved from selling natural fiber clothing and basket-weaving supplies to a shop packed with eclectic and comfortable women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, hair scrunchies and purses. Adorable little gift shop full of eclectic gifts
I recommend stopping by if youre having a bad day or need a hug. I say this because there are a lit of funny, cute, thoughtful things here. -
The staff here is wonderful. There's such a crazy selection of apparel and cute little retro items. Awesome place to buy gifts. I love the acrylic seasonal earrings. The young lady that worked there was kind enough to send me pictures when they came in so I didn't have to drive all the way into town to see If they were what I wanted. Course I love them. I am already getting compliments on my earrings.

If you haven't recently visited Carol Anderson's one of a kind 9th Street shop, Vaguely Reminiscent, you've missed out! Unique gifts, accessories, shoes, socks, boutique and natural fiber clothing and so much more! Selections are always changing. I had to visit twice yesterday before we drove home to Greenville. Totally worth the drive. LOVE this tiny shop!

This store has been an anchor on 9th Street for more than 40 years, with so many beautiful things, artfully arranged in a tiny, yet welcoming space. I'm SO SORRY to see it close! 😭

I've been coming here for about 10 years and it's a delight every time! I never leave empty-handed because if I'm not shopping for a fun gift, I'm finding a quirky hairclip or cool earrings for myself.
