The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean. A short walk to the main hospital. Very convenient location.

I actually really like this hotel a lot our layout was amazing it was literally like a studio apartment we had double beds a pull out couch bed a recliner and I believe another couch like real cozy and comfortable it’s not a suite so no stove it was me my Uncle , Niece and Mother literally perfect for a few relatives……..you have a large window view , the bathrooms were so very clean it was a vibe there was a very helpful Spanish concierge down at the desk he was really really nice it’s so quiet around that area and your close to downtown and plenty of food places by car

First time staying here and if I ever need to be in the area for the Duke Clinics again I will stay there. All staff was friendly and accommodating and they had a shuttle to the clinics. The shuttle drivers that I met were so nice and seemed to really care about the patients.

Very clean. The people that work there are very helpful and nice. I will stay here for all my appointments. The shuttle driver is amazing too.

I was very pleased with the stay overall. Good price, very clean, personable staff. I was able to fully relax during my Mom's stay at Duke. I would definitely stay again, and recommend.

Visiting a friend who was staying there. Beautiful room and large. This room was updated with a microwave and new mini fridge. Bathroom was separated with sink in one of the room and toilet with tub across the room. Table and chairs with comfortable beds. Room service was daily. Highly recommend and this is close to VA and Duke hospital.

The staff was great. Room was nice. Very easy to get to the cancer center. The shuttle bus driver was awesome. He took us to cancer center and we walked back to the hotel to get car.

A very nice place to stay. You can walk to Duke hospital and the VA. Very clean and quiet. Accomodating staff.

Such a lovely place at truly reasonable prices. While it's not all new & shiny, it's VERY clean, well decorated and updated. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating knowing that most guests are there because of their very close proximity to Duke University Hospital.
