This is got to be one of the best hospitals in the world. From what I seen so far Duke has great staffing, and coordinating with their staff. Now I truly understand why it cost to come to school here. Their nurses are the best of the best. And the security here is pretty good, it could be more tight nipped but I guess they don't want to seem to over- barring.

* **Top-Tier Facilities:** The hospital is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. Despite how busy they are, the environment feels organized and focused on patient comfort.
* **Clear Communication:** I appreciated how the medical team kept us updated throughout the process, making sure all questions were answered without feeling rushed.
We are fortunate to have access to this level of expertise. Whether it’s for a routine procedure or specialized care, the quality of service here is outstanding. Highly recommended. -
Angels the entire team at Duke University hospital are pur angels. My mother had been in the hospital at Ballard health in Tennessee 6 times within 5 months we drove 5 hours to take my mother to get the best care possible and THAT she received everyone we encountered was very professional and extremely nice. no waiting, what typically would have took ballad health 4 hours to accomplish duke had it done in 15 minutes very clean facility ,bathrooms and all. It will definitely be very hard to go to another hospital that isn't Duke seeing how real doctors and nurses are suppose to be. So thank you Duke University hospital for giving my family and I some more time with my mother.

I'm a patient in Duke University Hospital and I've had a great experience! The doctors are the best and the nurses are so kind and really care. I can't say enough good things about my time here. Would recommend this Hospital to anyone who asks!

Absolutely the worst. Bad enough that they're overcharging people, but to deny valet parking after my grandbaby was brought in by ems because their policy is only 1 car and the only slot for handicap parking was full is outrageous. With health issues with my lungs, fused spine and still breaking fractured foot is crazy. I guess money outweighs someone's health. To make matters worst, I heard a black male say he's been waiting for 22 hours to be seen is ridiculous. Top notch with name but customer service similar to a state ran facility.
