A hidden spot. It’s got cute decor and I got so much food for the money. I got the pimiento cheese sandwich which came homemade chip AND a giant bowl of tomato soup. I loved my rose’ that I ordered. If I wasn’t workin during the day in healthcare I could see myself coming here to get work done around breakfast and lunch time

Delicious twisted fries, no ketchup needed. The vegan bowl was very tasty with a variety of veggies and slaw. The fritters atop the bowl had a fresh and unique taste which I loved. And that roasted pepper hummus was amazing!

Pimento cheese sandwich was to die for!! Buttery, toasted bread and delicious pimento cheese with what appeared to be homemade chips. OMG. Wish I lived closer so I could eat here again. I wasn't a huge fan of the tomato bisque soup because it had tiny bits of tomato which is not my thing. But if it's yours, you'll love it.

This restaurant is hidden inside a corporate building. It's the only reason I gave it 4 stars, there's no signage going in (noticed later there were signs on the inside of the building, but I don't work here so wouldn't have seen it). The food is very fresh and good, had the patty melt and fries (wow, just wow). Not crowded at all at 12:30pm on a Thursday. Great environment and the service was superb. Seems like a great option for early happy hour.

The burger and fries were awesome! Might be the best burger I’ve had in Durham! Customer service outstanding! Loved the spot and the overall environment. I can’t wait to come back!

This is a hidden gem with friendly staff, fresh patti melt, and probably the best house made chips we have ever had. Buzz Buzz cold cup was also very good. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the entire experience! The service was very good and the food was delicious (got, good flavor, loved the biscuit). The chocolate smoothie was icy cold, vibrant chocolate flavor and very smooth. I will go back just for the smoothie!!! And, it's a lovely place to work with great music.

Stopped in for a quick snack and smoothies this afternoon. Lovely service and the chicken sandwich was delish. The potato waffle fries were the single best fries I've ever eaten.

The smoothies there are so yummy! The twisted cocoa is my favorite! Chocolate and Nutella is my kryptonite. It’s really nice to go in and grab a yummy smoothie on the way to work for those of us who work in the RTP area where there’s not much around here. Will def be back.

Was looking for something different and stumbled upon Twisted Ladder while looking for apartments in RTP. I got a lavender vanilla latte (bomb) and their bfast burito special. Service was quick and I can see myself going again if back!

Had the pleasure of trying Twisted Ladder before their Grand Opening and it exceeded all of my expectations. The wrap and smoothie combo is the way to go for sure. Try to Kale Yeah! if you're looking for something healthy that still taste great.
Service was quick and great for my work day schedule. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive, welcoming me as soon as I walked through the door.
10/10 recommend - will be back!
