I highly recommend this store and will always buy all my Tumi products here! The assistant manager Lubov Skiba is exceptional, professional and so very helpful and she is the reason I keep coming back to Tumi. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased a continental, dual access carry on suitcase. After my very first trip (just carrying on/not checking the suitcase) the handle broke off. Immediately after returning from the airport, I took the broken suitcase to the store and without any questions asked, Lubov replaced it with a new one. This was especially helpful as I am traveling again in 2 days! She recognized there was a screw missing in the construction and even apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. Lubov is amazing and exhibits the highest level of customer service of any establishment! A very loyal Tumi customer, WRS

Ms.Avanti is AMAZING! So fun, knowledge and offered hands down amazing customer service and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Literally filled it to the brim for two trips already and a unique bag that I seen at the airport

Great customer service. We came in there to look and ask some questions and Avanti went above and beyond in helping us and closing on selling us a wonderful bag! We monogrammed everything and got the color set up we wanted. Very happy with Avanti and the experience she delivered in the store!

Kevin is great! Came here on a Sunday afternoon hoping to get a feel for backpacks. He was extremely helpful when explaining differences between models. Would recommend visiting here if you’re in the market for luggage!
