My son's French Horn had a rotary valve that was sticking and his French Horn tutor thought it was a misalignment issue. I brought it in to The Tuba Exchange as a walk-in and within minutes they determined that the alignment was fine and that it was likely just an issue with how tight the backing plate was. And then they took care of some denting on the bell stem. It really took much less time than I was expecting and at a much lower cost. We will definitely be using them again for servicing the French Horn in the future.

Came in to look at trombones and the staff was so friendly! This is genuinely the best instrument shop I've been to. I will for sure be coming back when I'm in the area again.

Dillon at Tuba Exchange was extremely fast and efficient with repairing my son’s baritone which had some indentations on the bell. He was kind and courteous via email and highly responsive to my questions and concerns. It was a pleasure working with him and I’d highly recommend the Tuba Exchange to anyone who plays brass instruments!

Needed a stuck trumpet slide fixed and they were able to loosen it and fix it very quickly which was greatly appreciated for my marching band player. Thank you!
