Best service ever. We were hesitant to make the big tuba purchase for our son. Tuba Exchange talked me through the options and made the purchase easy. They helped me with the process. The tuba arrived quickly. Buying my son a tuba was the best decision we could have made this summer. He is a freshman in highschool and has been practicing to audition for All State Band. My son's French Horn had a rotary valve that was sticking and his French Horn tutor thought it was a misalignment issue. I brought it in to The Tuba Exchange as a walk-in and within minutes they determined that the alignment was fine and that it was likely just an issue with how tight the backing plate was. And then they took care of some denting on the bell stem. It really took much less time than I was expecting and at a much lower cost. We will definitely be using them again for servicing the French Horn in the future.

Top Notch Service! We were looking got a trombone for our son and Dillon was so kind and answered tons of our question. We left the Tuba Exchange with a great instrument at a fantastic price! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Came in to look at trombones and the staff was so friendly! This is genuinely the best instrument shop I've been to. I will for sure be coming back when I'm in the area again.

Dillon is incredible at what he does! I was looking for a student trombone and despite being more of a professional shop (so we were not the target audience), he still took the time to give us thorough information for our own educational purposes. He broke down information about trombones in a way that was easily understandable for someone who knew nothing and he was so kind in the process.
We ended up getting an instrument & he made an older, used trombone shine like new.

Can't recommend Dillon & The Tuba Exchange highly enough!
