This is my first experience renting with Sixt, and I feel extremely confident that it will not be the last. I've rented from every major car rental company, and your customer service is above and beyond all the others ( especially Zahria at the desk). She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I almost always rent from Sixt. This place had an issue with my first car. It had zero gas even though on my rental sheet it said full. They quickly exchanged the car and were extremely nice about the fix. Thank you Sixt.

They gave me such a good car it was clean and spacious. It was safe to drive and gave me no issues. The car rental place was great everyone went above and beyond with customer service. Kendall thank you for taking the time to explain things as well take the time to listen to me and make great referrals (like the hockey game) and other things to do in the area. And Michael thank you for getting me checked in and out so fast this place was flexible with me and got me to my flight on time

This location has been by far my most pleasant experience with Sixt rentals! The staff is absolutely amazing! Kamara is one of the sweetest, most attentive, accommodating, and detailed agents I've ever had the opportunity to deal with at any rental car company. Even their shuttle drivers are amazing! The young lady who picked me up from the airport was awesome and informative, and the gentleman who picked drove me back to the airport was just as awesome. I can't forget Trina! Trina checked the vehicle back in for me... Again another friendly, detailed young lady! She was also perfect! I'll never rent from another company when flying into the Raleigh airport! IF ONLY THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE 10 STARS!

I’m a Hertz Presidents circle member with lots of loyalty to Hertz. After using SIXT in both New York and Raleigh… I’m breaking up with Hertz!

Excellent check in, prices and return. Vehicle was clean low mileage premium car. We'll worth the money comparatively speaking to anything else on line such as hertz, avis, Costco.

My experience with Branden the Branch Manager during the pick-up of my rental car was nothing short of exceptional. Shuttle driver was great. Kendall Bishop Did an amazing job with our family, especially with the SUV because we had a lot of luggage! However when presenting issues to management Mr Brandon should be more accountable and less defensive. I felt like he was trying to argue with my family rather than relieve our issues upon returning.
Overall Great Experience until the very end.

Faultless customer service, nice car, very easy to use and a good price. They did find a 'new scratch' which I'm pretty sure wasn't me but they waived it anyway.
Brianna especially looked after me so well, showed me everything I needed and even programmed my hotel into the sat nav for me. Further to this, she came running out of the office as I was driving away to return my suitcase tag that I'd dropped by mistake.

This was my first experience using SIXT rental at the new Raleigh-Durham airport. Pickup at the airport via their shuttle was flawless and the driver was most helpful assisting me with my bags. Once at the counter Brianna was exceptional. She provided top notch service and went above and beyond, she helped with every issue I had. Great customer service.

This was my first experience with Sixt. It went seamlessly at both pick up with Kendall and return with Latrina. I highly recommend this car rental company.
