Shuttle was excellent. Driver was extremely helpful, he waited and even came down the walkway to assist me having problems with my heavy bags. Staff was professional and very nice. The process was easy and fast. The car was beautiful. Bad snowstorm! Car equipped with company snow brush! Awesome! The little things count!

After a full day of travel chaos with four cancelled flights, picking up our rental at SIXT in Raleigh was the first smooth part of our trip. The staff was helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.
Amber, in particular, was amazing. She immediately picked up on how exhausted we were, stayed calm and friendly, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism and positive attitude turned a stressful situation into a great experience.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Huge thanks to Amber and the Raleigh SIXT team—highly recommend.

I had never rented a car before and expected issues and stress. The shuttle picked me up right away and the driver was extremely nice and helpful. Once at the lot the woman that waited on me was extremely nice and made the pick up flawless and stress free. I kept the car 4 days with no issues. The return process was easy and stress free. I experienced no issues at all throughout the entire process.

Usually Great, but This Experience Missed the Mark
We’ve rented from Sixt many times and have always had excellent experiences, which makes this most recent visit especially disappointing. We were scheduled to return our rental at 4:00 AM on January 3rd for a 6:00 AM flight. Unfortunately, the employee responsible for opening the office so the shuttle drivers could access their keys never showed up.
Because of that, five customers—including us—were left scrambling to find a way to the airport. Several people had to call Uber at the last minute. Thankfully, one shuttle driver, Mark, went above and beyond. He retrieved his personal truck and drove my husband, myself, and another gentleman to the airport so we wouldn’t miss our flight. His kindness and professionalism were the only bright spot in an otherwise stressful situation.
We’ve always loved Sixt, which is why this experience was so surprising. We hope this was an isolated incident, but it definitely left us disappointed.

I travel quite a bit for work so I have a decent amount of experience renting cars from various companies. This trip was for pleasure and my first time renting from Sixt. I was blown away by the customer service. Everyone, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff to the young man that checked the car over at the return, was over the top genuine and helpful. Robert (#33) was so kind. I think my family got sick of hearing how impressed I was with his service skills. The car was great too. No issues or problems the whole trip. I’ll be using Sixt again for sure.

We came here for the first time. Personally, I enjoy using Sixt and today the staff was very nice and gave us a nice car for our trip but the car could be a bit cleaner externally.

Had the best experience here! Our flight was 3 1/2 hours delayed and when we finally arrived at the Raleigh airport the Sixt bus was waiting right outside the doors such a pleasure. They took us directly to the rental car agency, which is right on the airport property. Teresa was a joy to work with. She was funny. She was pleasant and made the whole experience so easy. We had a fabulous car. It was spotlessly clean and returning. It was just as easy as picking it up. I never rented from sixt before, but they are definitely my favorite now.

My son and I came in a few weeks ago for a sports event, and we had a fantastic experience thanks to Teresa, who was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We had such a good experience picking up our rental here. Mrs. Jones was so helpful and sweet to us and our kids! Her customer service was amazing. They were even able to upgrade our car to a nicer car free of charge. We will definitely rent a car from here again!

I had a great experience with Julie, she even upgraded us to a Subaru SUV which was smooth and luxurious. She was very personable and shared her experience having a similar car. The best rental ever. This location has been always my first choice!!! Also, I want to convey my heart-felt appreciations to Miss Jazzmin who provided outstanding service during my recent car rental. The absolute worst service we have ever experienced. Calvin was not helpful at all. As soon as an issue arises he was ready to cancel my reservation. If you don't want to be at work do not take it out on others. David the fleet manager was no help either. The entire experience there was very unprofessional. No sympathy or empathy to the fact that we came here to receive a car and left with no vehicle.
Update: we returned the next day to receive our car and the service was a complete different experience from the night prior. Teresa was absolutely amazing and took really good care of us for our pick up and Calvin made the drop off very smooth.l and redeemed himself from our first impression of him. We will be coming back soon for our next trip.

I have used Sixt exclusively my past 4 trips, and I really like the quality of car they offer at a price that isn’t more than the competition. But, Brianna’s service on 5/29 is what I’d like to mention. There was a thunderstorm and this lot is not covered. She asked if I would like her to get the car for me. This may be common practice for them, but the way that she asked - with a smile and as if it were her pleasure to do it was appreciated!! Thank you Brianna! My service experiences here and in Atlanta have been better than I expected.
