Even though every staff member were nice and professional, I’m deeply disappointed by the outcome of my experience.
The car I was given was unsafe to drive (missing oil cap, oil spilled in the engine, and dangerously uneven tire pressures). Despite clear proof, SIXT refused to take responsibility and only offered a $25 “gesture.” I will never rent from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Flight got cancelled so I was stuck in Raleigh for another day. I rented a brand new BMW X2 M sport package with the nicest looking white interior. Car drove like a beast and I felt like a king in the luxurious SUV. The associate helping me finalize check in was very helpful, polite and professional. Car pickup up and drop off were very fast and seamless

Extremely disappointed. Do not use this location or this company. I noticed exterior damage on my rental car before I left the lot. I tried to upload pictures of it using the SIXT app as I was instructed to do. The app wouldn't upload any images or make note of additional damage. Now I have to waste my time dealing with this company's claims department. This place is a total scam hiding under a slick facade. Don't let them scam you next.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sixt for over a decade, and their luxury options at competitive prices are truly unbeatable. The customer service at their Raleigh Durham location is exceptional, surpassing any other rental car experience I’ve had. I had the pleasure of working with Jazzmin, Annie, Amber, and Sheyenne, who treated me like family. Even when my vehicle wasn’t available, they went above and beyond to ensure I got a better one. It’s these dedicated team members who set Six apart. If you’re traveling to the Raleigh Durham area or any market where Sixt operates, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Sixt, thanks in large part to Asentria. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start.

Our first vehicle, a 2025 Chevy Equinox, was excellent—but shortly after leaving, the check engine light came on. We returned to the location, and the team handled the situation flawlessly. They had us swapped into a new vehicle in less than 5 minutes with zero hassle.

That level of efficiency and customer care really stood out. Asentria and the team turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommend Sixt, and especially appreciate the outstanding service we received!
