Flight got cancelled so I was stuck in Raleigh for another day. I rented a brand new BMW X2 M sport package with the nicest looking white interior. Car drove like a beast and I felt like a king in the luxurious SUV. The associate helping me finalize check in was very helpful, polite and professional. This was my second time renting from this location, and I was so happy to see Asentria and Jazzmin again. Not only did they remember me, but they greeted me with the same friendly smiles and positive attitudes that made my first experience so great.

I’m currently dealing with a difficult family situation, and honestly, the last thing I needed was a stressful rental experience. These two made everything incredibly easy, fast, and completely hassle-free. They were professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.

The staff were very accommodating. They were picked to the the beta test for the online registering and auto key pick up. The system didn't work as designed but the people were great. Good people will always keep people coming back. Plan to continue using them in the future.

I’ve rented from different car companies over the years and have had some pretty disappointing experiences, but SIXT at Raleigh-Durham International Airport was completely different.

Chris was our initial point of contact, and when we realized the vehicle we had reserved wasn’t going to work for our family of five, he went above and beyond to help us find the right solution. He took the time to speak with Julian, and they both came out to personally talk with us and understand what we needed.

What really stood out was that it didn’t feel like just another rental transaction. Chris and Julian genuinely seemed to care about helping our family, and their communication, professionalism, and people skills were incredible. They listened, worked with us, and made sure we left with a vehicle that actually worked for our trip.

That kind of customer service is rare, and it made a huge impression on us.
