Please do not waste your money at this hotel walked into the room. It smelled damp and moldy. The refrigerator did not work. They swapped it out that one didn't work. It even leaked on the floor. We told the gentleman who came to the room to swap out the second refrigerator that did not work that the door handle to the bathroom was coming off. He said it was fine. It's not. I actually had to go to the store and the only thing that will cover up the smell are the incense from sprouts so don't waste your money. This one zero Stars if I could but one star at the moment

We stayed here on and off for months, no issues, never caused an issue. However we tried to check in only to.be refused at the door being told we did something wrong so they won't allow us to stay anymore? I have seen countless police activity here, people getting kicked out women and men screaming and physically fighting each other on the balconies, parking lot etc. I would LOVE to get the general managers email so.i.could.discuss things.with them but they refused to provide it.

Clean rooms. Everything worked well in the room. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Felt safe. It is in an area where there are many hotels
Convenient location 2/10 of a mile from I-40. Over a dozen restaurants shops grocery stores within one mile. Beautiful park with two lakes water fountain Birds half a mile away. I will return next time I'm in the area.

Upon checking we noticed gum on the headboard, a cigarette burn on the blanket, and floors weren't swept. There were only 2 pillows and 4 of us and when we asked about a couple extra, there weren't any at first. He went back and checked and after a sniff test he handed me one with no pillowcase. Only 2 towels in the room and we were told to ask tomorrow morning for a couple more. Our neighbor was kicked out, we were apache a couple of times by strangers who wanted to know if we "wanted or needed anything." All in all we just locked our door while we were there and didn't come out. 0/10 DON'T RECOMMEND!

The pictures are very misleading! When we pulled up to check in there a cop leaving the premises! Then we goto our room it looks decent and clean, but we discovered that there is a smell of dampness and the mini refrigerator isn’t working and the door knob on the bathroom door loose! I called the front door desk and someone came later with another mini refrigerator, but they didn’t fix the knob, then I wakeup to find out that the other refrigerator is leaking water on the floor! Don’t waste your money to stay here and the customer service was bad! I will be calling customer service and asking for a full refund immediately!
