The $10 Carryout Special was a great deal. They didn't skimp on the 5 toppings like the Dominos near me, and their pan pizza was as good as I remembered it.
There were about 6 people in front of me when I went to pick up, but the wait was less than 5 min. Staff was cool and laid back. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, and I don't care for fake cheeriness. As long as they aren't rude, I'm okay with that.
When the pizza is done right, most people won't bother to leave a review. The 3.2 average score is way too low, considering that the quality is much higher than Dominos and Papa Johns. -
Very disappointed in this store and their service. I would have never sent this meal out to a paying customer at all. Health code violation all across the board this pizza looks like someone else order this meal and they canceled the order so they sent it to us. A VERY DISAPPOINTED PAYING CUSTOMER THAT WIL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS STORE. -
I was craving a personal pan pizza dnd drove to the nearest Pizza Hut which was 11 miles away. The personal pan pepperoni and the personal pan Supreme were fabulous. Hot, fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly! Great customer service from the cook/cashier. I did get this to go- just because of time. However the inside of the restaurant needs so much repair and upkeep. It was just sad looking…. But I will go back for takeout due to the great food and great employees. -
This was my FAVORITE pizza location until today
I ordered and paid in advance, and waited 45 minutes in their unbearably hot dining room
The staff was busy so I was patient until I realized my food was probably drying out on the heat rack
I asked how much longer it would be, if it’s not ready soon, or if it’s not fresh if I could just cancel the order.
The staff seems to think that folks who have worked an entire day and sweated in the lobby for almost an hour have an attitude if they expect their food to be hot.
So at that point, they effectively refused service. Would not update me on my order or say anything other than “would you like a refund”
I would have liked a hot pizza actually, and had no problem paying or waiting for one.
If I wanted to stand in a hot kitchen for an hour and chew on dried out stale pizza, I’d probably still be a papa John’s manager.
So to that, I’d say it’s not like I don’t empathize with The struggle of their job, I’d say I understand it much better than they do- I’ve never thought someone was rude for wanting their dinner to be hot after waiting almost an hour when they hadn’t cussed or raised their voice at me. -
Order my pizza at 4:15 and it was FINALLY delivered at 7pm, cold and not what I asked for. I called the number and was rerouted to the store TWICE and no one answered the phone. They need to hire more staff
