The medium pizzas were tiny and poorly made. It’s disappointing since we order from this papa johns regularly. We won’t be back to this location -
The ordering process was very easy and the dasher was awesome but Papa John's should be ashamed to sell this Toy Story pizza. I'm so sad 😭 $15 pizza

On 7/27 I placed an online order at this location for pick up at 7:33-7:43 pm, it was their one topping carry out special. I received my order and not only did I receive a pizza that was not thoroughly cooked but it also looked like it was just tossed in the box. The crust was not cooked throughly, the pizza was barely sliced, and the bottom of the pizza was falling apart as soon as you picked up a slice. I called the store no more than 5 mins after picking up my order/getting home and spoke to who I’m assuming is the manager or person in charge, I voice my concerns and his first response was “so what you want a refund?” Which I kindly responded and said I would just like a pizza that doesn’t look like it’s been tossed around and cooked properly. He tells me the pizza will look the exact same way because he personally made the pizza and that’s just how the oven cooked it! I don’t think ovens cook pizzas like they’ve been tossed around and if so sounds like there’s another issue that needs to be addressed!

I ordered a pizza from doordash from this specific location. I mean I don't know who they had in charge tonight, but this person is incompetent or lazy. I had originally ordered and Alfredo pizza with added grilled chicken. The first thing I received was not even a pizza, it was their cheesy bread. Had I wanted cheesy bread that's what I would have ordered. I complained at doordash and another order was placed for me. Still expecting my Alfredo pizza with chicken, I then received a small cold pepperoni pizza that was obviously sitting underneath their burners for a little while because I don't live far enough to Warrant the temperature this pizza came. Not only was my pizza cold but it was 100% wrong all over again. I don't know what assistant manager you had running your store today because I 100% hope that was not the general manager running tonight but whoever it was terrible terrible job and obviously does not care about it. The fact that I got the wrong order twice shows me that this person does not deserve to be in the position they are if they can't run the night shift properly. This is probably the last time I ever ordered from this location again and it's sad. Very very disappointed and I highly suggest you stay away from this location cuz otherwise you might end up in the same situation I did. Now I'm going hungry cuz I'm not going to eat this cuz it's not what I ordered

Got out of my car and immediately the weed stench hit me in the face. To each his own. Walk in, young lady making the pizza talking on her phone very loudly. Guy comes out from the back, I think he’s talking to me…. Nope!! On his phone. Didn’t say thank you, screw you, or anything else. Food was marginal. I paid for extra cup of the garlic sauce, didn’t get it. Don’t order from here. Now I know. Going back to Domino’s.
