We have been wanting to go to this place for a while. We live a little over an hour away, signed all the waivers and paid before arriving. When we arrived the line was very long, we waited 25 minutes to check in. The staff was so swamped and overwhelmed watching people come in. Our time to play was 12 pm, however due to the line, we got started after 12:30. I am not sure why there is not a separate line for clients who have taken the time to do the task before arrival. Many other moms were just as concerned about this. It was extremely crowded the day we went. The slide wasn't open until closer to 1:30, I think that was because they were short staffed since the guy checking in was also the guy working the slide. We will not return. There are many places half the cost that are way more enjoyable for my kiddos.

So I was able to visit this place today. This place is a whole lot of fun from the looks of it. It’s a wonderful place to get you a little work out in. Should consider offering classes. Kind of reminds me of American Gladiator without the water. The only thing that I didn’t like about this place was the options that were available. There was an all inclusive package but it was for 3hrs for a flat price per person. My son was ready to go after about 1hr because he did everything. Because if the amount I made him go back and find more stuff to do. This place should consider offering different hourly packages or the price that I paid should have been for 2 people.
