I have been a customer with Nordstrom for years, before moving to NC. I was actually trained at a bank through a company who contracted to training Nordstrom employees, but in 1997. The customer service is generally, almost always impeccable! My dearest friend and I come here quite often for meetings and our lunch dates. We both now bring our families! Clarissa in the Bistro is hands down the kindness, most attentive human! There are some things that can’t be taught; empathy and compassion are two and in a service role you should possess these characteristics. I also want to give a shout out to Jesus, who gives me full attention when ordering online take out and tries to make sure my orders are correct (they all mostly know my likes etc) lol Thank you Nordstrom Bistro Southpoint! My brother and I ate at this wonderful Cafe today for lunch . Our lunch was delicious . Our waitress was Genyii. She was absolutely so sweet and efficient! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. My brother and I were able to spend quality time with each other. Thank you Genyii for the wonderful service you provided for us🥰

The food is excellent but expensive. If you get take out check your bags, today I paid $22 plus tip for a single sandwich and they left out the fries. Half my food gone because of terrible service.
