Nomadas Coffee
Sharing space with Delafia Wine bar on the edge of Hayti, Nomadas Coffee offers guests a curated coffee experience that is every bit as intentional as it is delicious. This coffee shop imports their own beans, partners with local roasters, and even makes their own syrups, free of processed sugars. Originally founded as a pop-up by Andrea Dukon, this coffee shop's permanent location is a welcome addition to the Bull City.

I had this coffee shop saved on my list for months and I am happy I finally stopped by! It is so unassuming and I appreciate how quiet and serene it was. I enjoyed a honey cardamom latte outside on their patio. Another plus is that all of their syrups are homemade! Very well worth the price. -
The cappuccino was rich, close to Cafe Reggio’s in NYC, where the cappuccino was first introduced to the US. The Venezuelan roll had some spices and sweetness. The owner seems really nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back! It was a little hard to locate, but there’s a wine shop next to it that has clearer signage. Vibes were great despite the exterior appearance. -
One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in Durham! Great coffee with a rotating variety of inventive homemade syrups, and absolutely immaculate vibes. There are also lovely pastries. There’s live music on Saturdays. Everyone is so nice, and it’s great to see familiar faces around, which you will if you come often enough. Cannot recommend highly enough! -
Very good syrups that are flavorful but not too sweet! Excellent atmosphere for chilling, studying, or talking, with live music and local vendors on weekends. Has an okay amount of parking (good for downtown) and kind of funky hours. Overall, one of my favorite coffee shops in the Triangle, and I’ve lived here for over a decade! -
Easily the best coffee in town. Get the cappuccino w honey cardamom syrup (homemade, not over the top sweet, elegant) and sip that perfection. Great ambiance, multi-cultural flair, community oriented, speakeasy vibes, secluded back patio--nothing matches it in the Triangle. Also, there are weekend events all the time: dance parties, bluegrass jams, art markets, follow them on IG to keep up to date. Love it!!!
