Save your money and order elsewhere. Nasty attitude, racist undertone, unsanitary kitchen.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. The lo mein was burnt—not just overcooked, but clearly made with oil or sauce that had been scorched on the skillet. The entire dish tasted bitter and unpleasant, and the overall food quality was extremely poor. It was honestly inedible.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called to politely explain the issue with the lo mein, and the person who answered was shockingly rude and condescending. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of solution, I was met with, “What do you want us to do about it?” followed by mocking laughter. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional—especially considering I had just spent my hard-earned money at their business.
Between the low-quality food and the unacceptable customer service, I strongly urge people to pay attention to the negative reviews and avoid this place. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that take pride in their food and actually respect their customers. This establishment does neither and does not deserve your support. -
The only thing I got that I ask for was orange chicken...and they made it with broccoli smh ...I asked for chicken chow main and got no noodles smh...
I had ask for 2 things orange chicken and chow main and still not right smh It doesn't get any easier then that.
I will not go back -
I've eaten here a few times and its always good. Beef and broccoli - the beef is tender and the broccoli is crunchy but not undercooked. The seafood delight is loaded with seafood that is cooked perfectly and enough for 2 hearty meals. price when picking up are very reasonable. The seating is clean but basic; it's more a dine and dash, but the food itself is worthy of a date or celebration. -
I ordered a large Hunan Beef and a large Bourbon chicken.
The Hunan beef was good and the vegetables and beef were easy to eat. The only issue with the order is that there are way too many large pieces of broccoli that fill the space with some beef and other vegetables. It's good and I would order it again. There were better options at other chinese restaurants that I would order from first.
The bourbon chicken is not what I expected at all. I expected it to be like the mall chinese food court mix. There was a lot of chicken breast pieces that were Julienne cut. There were very dry and the sauce they were in was very watery and not very viscous. It was a loose browned sugar sauce that tastes okay on it's own, just not good with the dry chicken pieces. I would not order it again.
I would try a couple more dishes and maybe some of their Thai dishes to get a better judgement. -
I ordered through Uber Eats due to them listed as a ‘Top Choice’. I ordered the Phoenix and Dragon, which is supposed to be hot and spicy; however, there was so much brown sauce on it, it was like a sweet and sour entree. The accompanying Chicken Lo Mein was so salty I almost had to go to emergency room b cause my blood pressure spiked after eating it. My wife ordered Roasted Pork Angel Hair, and it was tasteless. It is like a 12 year old was running the kitchen tonight. It would probably be a good idea to sell this restaurant to Panda Express and start over. Very disappointed and my cardiologist feels the same way.
