The gym is well-maintained and has all the equipment you need for a solid workout. It does get crowded during peak hours, but overall, it’s a great place to stay fit.

Dan is great, his classes are well done. He is very attentive to our needs. I would recommend him to everyone. We need as elders one on one classes like we have with silver snickers. He is amazing watches each one of us if we're hurting he is very attentive to that if we need to rest, he is attentive to that or even change the way we're doing an exercise to better. Keep us safe.

Love this gym! Always clean and quiet. The atmosphere makes it easy and comfortable for me to workout in peace. Daniel has been a great trainer. The best I have had! He is patient and worth the money. I am enjoying the changes that I am seeing in myself during this journey!

I came to anytime fitness after I decided to move forward with hip replacement surgery. I needed to improve my physical fitness in preparation for my surgery. After my first consultation with my trainer Dan, I felt that he understood the challenge that I faced and what I need to do. Dan set up a personalized training program to help me meet the physical goals that I needed to achieve to be ready for the operation. When the time came from my surgery, my doctors were impressed and pleased with the level of fitness that I had achieved prior to the surgery date. Due to Dan's training, I was able to walk without assistance three weeks after my surgery. Dan's guidance has been crucial in my recovery thus far, and continues to be a valued part physical fitness.

I have been working with Carl Poe for almost 2 months and highly recommend him to be your personal trainer. He listens to my goals and adapts the workouts to accommodate my needs and limitations. He holds me accountable in making sure I get myself to the gym between sessions which has been paying off as I am already seeing major changes with my body toning up.
