Our family of 5 loved every one of our bowls! Tables had jars of talk topic questions that were a nice touch to spur conversation while we waited for our bowls. Super sweet and friendly staff!

My Dad & I stopped in to each try out a delicious bowl. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming, as he shared more with us about the "nautical" experience and made a few recommendations. We tried them and they were the BEST! Looking forward to our next visit already!

Got three build your own bowls for myself and my daughters. They were SO good! Tried the Açaí and the strawberry bases and both were delicious. Peanut butter is a must on your bowl! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

5 Stars – Fresh, Delicious, and Full of Flavor!
We had such a great experience at Nautical Bowls in Durham! Mike ordered the Oatmeal Peanut Butter Banana bowl and absolutely loved it—it was hearty, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I went with the “Create Your Own” option, and every single ingredient was super fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality in each bite. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the vibe in the store was clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The Duke Club soccer team came here for a Sunday morning breakfast and it was so delicious! The service was fast and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We loved the big surf board table and had a great time enjoying our bowls. We will definitely be back!

Nautical Bowls is all about superfoods. I tried the Peanut Butter Oatmeal Honey Bowl. The peanut butter is made fresh, the bananas are ripe and chilled to stay fresh. Chocolate sauce and honey are drizzled on top of the bowl. Additionally the oatmeal is creamy has a great consistency and is super healthy.
I will surely be back. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Great hospitality and customer service is great!

Quick service. Basically no line.
Good food. Lots of options and they will customize. The bowels are a little sweeter than would be ideal but still they are pretty healthy.
Finding parking on the weekend can be a little tough.

I visited in late September. The inside is so clean and inviting with a nautical theme, of course. There was a customer waiting for her order so I went to the ladies' room. The bathroom was the cleanest of all public restaurant bathrooms I'd been in for a very long time. For me, a clean place to eat is priceless!! Since I had never been here and didn't know much about it, the server, Kate, was kindly willing to answer my questions. One of the most pleasant servers encounteredin awhile, I'd say.
I ordered the paddle bowl with bananas as an extra topping. I watched as she layered up the goodness...it was beautiful!! And I told Kate that. I was so pleased that we both forgot about those bananas I paid for. At any rate, I forgive you, Kate.
I do plan to stop by again soon anyway. I'll be looking for the same results, if not better!
If you noticed that I gave only 4 stars for service... Kate and I know why I did that.

The food was wonderful and the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and kind! I have been to places that have games and there cool and all but they can be time consuming. Connections jar is a great way to get to either get to know someone or just learn something new about a person.
