A friend of mine recommended Middle of May and dang, he knows what's up. Maylon has a great selection of vintage and thrifted finds! My friends and I love to thrift but can get overwhelmed by sifting through huge selections, so it's awesome knowing we can go to MOMs and Maylon has done the work to bring us some great pieces!! I also hate shopping for jeans. Finding the perfect waist, booty, hips, ratio is nearly impossible. I know y'all know what I mean. But no joke, Maylon is a jean genie if you will. The first pair he pulled for me to try on fit like a freaking glove. I'm now rocking a pair of 90's moms jeans that look like they were made for me. Maylon is the best! Don't sleep on this lil shop in East Durham!! Run don't walk to Middle of May to find some fresh fits for the summer!

My husband and I stopped into MOM this week and we fell in love! The owner is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back! Also this is the best selection of children’s vintage items that I have seen in Durham, parents check it out!

Middle of May Thrift has a solid selection of clothes, and it’s clear the owner put thought into curating them. He’s also really polite and friendly, which made my shopping experience nice.

My new favorite thrift store! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and welcoming. Their selection is thoughtfully curated—you can tell the team has an eye for quality and uniqueness. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, will definitely be back soon!

Truly wonderful experience and will be returning!! Mayland was friendly and made a good deal with me on a fantastic fur coat I’ll be loving on till it falls apart! I also bought a vintage Budweiser cap + a safari crop top with shoulder pads. Great selection of hats, nascar clothes, 90s gear, art n more. Super reasonable prices too
