Great park! Well maintained and plenty of parking! Great little playground and it’s
Got bathrooms! -
There’s a new park in town and it’s pretty nice. There are two large soccer fields and ample parking. There is a castle themed play structure with one slide but it doesn’t have traditional monkey bars or anything. There is a cargo net and lots of other cool spots to play. It is shaded and they have a foam type bottom. There are two traditional swings and a saucer but no bucket swings. The structure isn’t toddler friendly. My 3.5 year old navigated it well. Most of my children’s interest was on a circular merry go round type toy. There’s a xylophone and drum section. They have two garden areas and a wooded area. Beware that the circle wood chunks do move and aren’t bolted down.
The play structure and swings are SHADED! So with the sun in the right spot, there’s plenty of shade. Also the whole area is gated! There is a bench inside the gate but I just plopped down on the ground. There is sand and very small rocks in the garden area so watch small children. Some of them were transferred to the play structure.
I will say that the playground is fairly small so it may get crowded on busier days. There were few people there when we went so it was nice.
Overall I’d say it’s best for children 3-10ish and more fun with friends! -
Fully fenced in playground with climbing structure, swings and natural play areas. Full bathrooms and shelter with picnic tables.
No baby swings and the structure is not the best for 0-3yr olds. But it’s a really cool spot that was much needed!
Soccer fields, sidewalks, e-vehicle charging stations. Not sure if the soccer fields will be unlocked full time for the summer. Mostly locked. -
It’s a really nice park. It has three fields, one of which is open to the public. It has a large playground and somewhere to relax in the shade if you have a cookout. However, a lot of reviews mentioned it was dog friendly. I don’t know if something changed but that’s clearly not the case now. There is no where to go with your pet. The only field is the soccer field. I want to be able to run around and have somewhere that my dog can be comfortable. Such a shame. -
The park is very nice and clean there’s a bunch of shaded areas! There a picnic area meaning that family’s could bring food and drink! But the worst part is that the soccer field are never open and I a soccer lover it so disappointing that the soccer field are lock and every day I go to the park and it lock honestly if you come to Merrick Moore to play soccer do t come because the field are closed, But there’s a park name twins lake and they have there soccer field open but just to warn you there’s a lot of people playing in the field
