This McDonalds sucks. No parking spots. Super cramped space, slow staff, and bland soda.
They also have a no loitering sign limiting customers to only 30 minutes to eat their food in the store. That is just ridiculous. I understand this rule for people who just come to hang out, but never seen that before for paying customers - ridiculous. -
I am big on customer service. Soon as I walked in ordered my food with my friends we didn't receive no greeting of the day. No good morning, welcome to McDonald's or how can I help you. I am watching and me my girlfriend and my kids food be prepared. My food has exchanged multiple hands and not one of those hands had gloves on. Two people who touched my fries worked the register touching money and so forth.
Upon leaving still no greeting of the day. No thank you for coming in or anything. We had a big order and had to ask for a bigger instead of someone taking the initiative to supply it or just ask hey do you want a bigger bag.
Do better people because I know you can. -
Drove thru and ordered 2 sausage sandwiches and a big breakfast meals with 3 orange juices. Charged 1.70 upcharge for each of the sandwich meals and $3.29 upcharge for the big breakfast event, even though 3 orange juices the exact same size. Total cost $24.25. After getting food and drinks, before we even crossed parking lot, as I lifted a drink to hand to my daughter, one orange juice lid was loose and most of the drink spilled all over the front seat, before falling and cracking, all over the my pants, my purse and backpack, containing a book and $400 Bose headphones, a full box of tissues the entire front row carmat and carpet. My child had to walked over to Harris Teeter and purchase papers towels to deal with the spill AND I walked back to McDonald's to explain what had happened and requested napkins, then to find out we had only received one of the sandwiches we ordered. After cleaning up the mess, I returned again to the McDonald's quite upset, to have had paid for a $3.29 cup of orange juice that I didn't even drink a drop of, because the lid was not properly secured and not received the food I paid for. While then given the current food but the "manager" Sarah refused to replace the orange juice saying it wasn't her problem. I explained again what happened and clearly it was their problem. She again refused citing the juice's cost to which I responded I was well aware of since I had paid for but unable to consume. Then she rudely walked away ignoring my request for a clear reason of refusal. Instead, she said I needed to wait 30 minutes for her boss to come in. I asked for everyone's name and left angry. I have never received such poor treatment at any McDonald's and never at this one before. I will be speaking to the boss and expressing the poor treatment I received after being highly inconvenienced by an issue caused by their shoddy work. Definitely not treated as a valuable customer. Don't spend your money here.. -
Went to the counter to order sweet tea. I asked cashier if she can get my sweet tea from behind the counter because it looks as if someone been tampering with the tea on the floor. She had such a bad attitude. I told her im sorry to bother you but look for yourself. She rolled her eyes and went to get me tea from behind the counter because! I asked another lady was she the manager and she said yes…i stated may i speak to you. She told me she didn’t have time for me. And refused to listen to my concerns! Her attitude was as bad as the cashier. I understand why the staff think its ok to be rude and unprofessional. Never again!! -
Above average with service and the food is usually good, I get a stale bun now and then but I also know to temper my expectations. This location doesn't upcharge to add pickles to sandwiches.
That said I can't eat inside any more, this location consistently has at least one person camping in the store and asking for food or money. So if you want to go in, set aside extra money to buy for two or be ready to say no and feel bad.
