I visited McDonald's during a busy time and had to wait much longer than expected in the drive-thru line. Not because the line was long. But don't know why. They could definitely benefit from a faster and more efficient crew during peak hours to help keep things moving and improve the customer experience.

I don’t know what it going on but you need better management at night. I do not know who the Hispanic manager is yall had scheduled on 2/27/26 around 7:15pm-8:05pm but he needs to do better especially as a manager. Had us waiting almost an hour because he kept speeding making mistakes messing up everyone order he had us pull up to the #1 sign and never came out so my husband had to come back in and waited forever gave us the kid meal and kids meal went cold. If you see it’s a long line why speed on everybody order and keep messing it up to try and beat a drive through time this happens every time that specific manager works and he has the worse attitude getting mad like it’s the customer fault when he doesn’t slow down and actually fix the problem just worried about a drive thru time while continuously messing up people order and when you have nuggets he don’t even give you the sauce you have to go back in and he tries to charge you for sauce that you never even got then also if you get pulled and it’s multiple cars waiting he waits until all the orders are done and brings you cold food still have you waiting forever cause he the only one that wants to take the orders out. That isn’t a manager that needs to be handling people orders when he’s the one making the mistakes and gets mad at the customer because the customer wants it fixed.

I went threw the drive threw the employees was rude and at this time they was not busy. I order two six piece nuggets kids meal with double fries. When I got the food and pulled over to eat my nuggets had hair in it and was Lupe warm my other nuggets was cold both fries was old wouldn’t recommend them to anyone needs allot of improvement and new staff.

Slowest drive thru ever. Ordered for curbside pickup and sat for 15 minutes while the order said it was ready. Asked at the window and was told we needed to go through the drive through (app told us to check into a curbside spot). Window service was horribly slow. Ordered at 10:38PM and I’m in the drive thru right now at 11:23PM and haven’t picked up my food yet. Just stupid—45+ minutes at a freaking McDonald’s? No thanks.

I'm not one to write a bad review, but I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food at this location. I understand this is fast food so the standards are not the highest, but that shouldn't be an excuse for providing poor service and food. There were two separate occasion that completely pissed me off. The first time I had ordered a large fry and what I receive was nowhere near a large. I almost thought someone ate the fries with how skimp they were. If I paid for a large then that is what I expect to get. It's simple. The second time I had ordered a fish-o-filet sandwich and the tartar sauce was completely sloppy and messy. I just don't understand how difficult it could've been to spread the sauce evenly on the sandwich without making such a mess. I don't plan to waste any more of my money here. Complete trash.
