We all know that mcdonald is pretty much an icon, but for me , they're food just doesn't quite taste the same. I've always loved the classic big mac in the quarter pounder , and of course , the chicken nuggets , you can't lose with. Affordability , I have to say their number one, anything Else I said they're pretty average. Keep loving it lol -
I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every time it’s the same disappointing experience.
When I order through DoorDash, the food always arrives cold. The burgers are consistently burnt and thrown together carelessly, like no one took even a second to check the quality. Fries are soggy, often spilled in the bag, and nothing is packed properly.
Every single time, they give me sweet tea with no ice, even when I request it. It’s warm and almost undrinkable. To make it worse, they constantly forget to include straws, napkins, or sauces. Basic stuff that should be automatic.
I’ve tried going in person to avoid the delivery mess, and it’s no better. The staff barely acknowledges customers. Communication is difficult, and it’s clear customer service is not a priority at this location. No one seems to care — it’s lazy service from start to finish.
This McDonald’s does not reflect the standard the brand used to be known for. Something needs to change — staffing, training, and quality control.

Horrible location! Super long wait times. Went inside to order and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food and I didn't order much. They prioritize the drive-thru and don't care to help the people inside. Got my order wrong so I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Our fault for not opening the burger to make sure. The ladies in the back argued about it and then gave me the right order but the bread was so stale and hard I had to throw it away anyway. Needs better management to run this place!

Stopped on the way home from the airport with a very hungry traveler. Arrived at 10:30PM. Drove past two employees standing outside with a couple friends playing music on a bluetooth speaker and smoking, who looked at me like I was definitely in the wrong neighborhood. Decided to do drive thru lane, waited at speaker for 2 minutes, no answer. Nothing. Drove around to window where there were two cars already waiting. Two cars stacked in the drive thru at 10:30 PM on a Thursday. One person working. Needless to say we got no food. Will not go back to this McDonald's. It was a last ditch effort because they were open but next time I won't bother. -
Idk who out here taking orders in the drive through but yall gotta stop rushing people when we are giving you our order. Literally any time of day. Morning, afternoon, night. Any time. Food is okay for a McDonald's i mean you get what you pay for so not many complaints there.
