It was an amazing stay, super clean the staff was super friendly and attentive always asking if we needed help, The night auditor Joe was especially amazing he was so sweet and helpful very attentive Personable definitely all around the coolest guy maybe the best employee to be honest he got to know our names and I felt like that was so sweet. Great place to stay and how clean it was made it even better.

Really good experience. First time staying at Marriott hotel. The staff were very nice. The room was clean. Everything functions well. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Just arrived at Marriott Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Park, and the experience is already off to a great start. I was greeted quickly and with genuine kindness at check-in, which I truly appreciated.
While Residence Inn is usually my preference, I’m already very pleased with the amenities here. As a Gold member, I’m looking forward to enjoying the complimentary breakfast.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find a spacious parking area, which made arrival smooth and stress-free.
So far, so good — excited for my stay!

Staff was pleasant and nice. However no van service, you're in a industrial park with nothing there. It's unsafe to walk. ( as in you probably would get hit by a car) . Hotel is nice as are the rooms.

If I had one request, I would say it would have been better if the parking lot on the entrance side was a little larger.

Tough review to write. They offer a great breakfast buffet for 18.50 each, however our first morning there, it was so poorly run that they knew they had 3 bus loads of college kids in the hotel and they only scheduled 1 waitress. It was a mess. No food available, every table dirty. We couldn't even get coffee. And No Management available to either help, or address the MANY upset customers.
Their website says they have a pool, they don't.
They don't have an M room, which I have come to expect at a Marriott property.
They did cut my rate at the suite I booked, but I needed to go to the desk twice to get sheets, blanket, and pillows for the pull out couch. ( she called housekeeping the first time, but no one showed up. The second time, she was very nice and came up and did it herself)
We had a large group staying there and the bartenders did an excellent job both Saturday and Sunday night
The room evidently got a " once over" before we checked in but my wife had to pick up peanuts and bottle caps off the floor when we checked in.
In fairness, the woman working the front desk on Friday nite, the bartenders for all 4 nites, and the waitress for all 4 mornings of breakfast were extremely nice and polite.

Excellent staff at this hotel. I spend over 100 days a year on the road so take that as you may. I was assisted at the front counter by a young man named Day.

The room was nice although they didn’t supply an iron and ironing board, just a steamer. There’s nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. $10 charge for an open parking lot not around anything else was a joke. Experience with the staff was mixed. The girl when I checked in late Thursday night was exceptional. However, two people at the desk on Saturday didn’t acknowledge me in a reasonable amount of time so they could finish up their conversation. I would say that they talked at least a minute more. Once they were done, one was quite helpful and nice. The bartender could have been more attentive. When he was checking on me, he barely stopped over when he got called over by what appeared to be a group of regulars when it was clearly obvious I need another drink or my check. He continue talking to them until I called for him and told him I was ready for my check. $23 for an Old Fashioned is rather high. Management response here sort of has the undertone of “You’re wrong.” and “looking forward to your next visit” is presumptuous esp when other hotels at the same price or less are offering something better. The response makes me less inclined to stay there again. Notice there was no apology.

Wonderful experience! Great staff, clean rooms. Lounge is under construction but was given vouchers to use for coffee and snacks at bistro. Loved it so much I will definitely stay there again!

This is a newly renovated facility, so everything is brand new. They're finishing the renovation now, but I didn't have any disturbances from workers. And I never encountered a part of the building under construction. I also need to give a HUGE shoutout to Cherry and Sarah. They've bent over backwards for me - NUMEROUS times - to make my stay extra special. I was blown away at their kindness and efficiency.
This location is also very close to the airport and central between Raleigh and Durham. I'll definitely stay here again.

4 Stars for the room just because they're dated; not dirty. Front desk service was very prompt. The room was clean and well maintained. The property is being renovated so don't expect the full suite of amenities.

Thank you so much to the deck staff for helping me on sorting out some extra room charges not related to me so diligently and friendly! The room was really clean and quiet, you definitely will rest pretty well in this hotel.
I only missed more personal attending the bar but in any case I recommend staying there.

Stayed here for business. Hotel is under renovation but overall stay was pleasant and renovations did not disturb my stay. They have new Pure rooms that have an air filtering system, see photos. The hotel store has plenty of options and was better stocked than most places. I don’t recommend Newtons restaurant, see my review of that separate.
