Great place to camp. Bring a kayak, paddle board or something to play on the water with. It was a lot of fun. Can’t wait to go back.

I love coming to Poplar Point at Jordan! The state has done a lot of work renovating the bathhouses. The campsites are well maintained. It is a little slice of heaven every time I’m here!

Everything good accept Friday night about nine , Ranger shows up tells us we can’t use our golf cart because it’s not registered. we know this we haven’t used it. We have to get it out of the toy hauler so we can use our camper. we told him. pretty rude for showing up that late at night. strange couldn’t waited till morning, so you know, they were nosing around when we wasn’t there looking at the golf cart. not right invasion of privacy.

It's my first time here and I gotta say I am thoroughly impressed. I had low expectations for a state run campground. However, it is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. A trifecta in my guidebook!

I like this state park for its spacious campsites and proximity to the lake. Most sites have a view. We are camping here in late December and early January and the place is empty except for a few roughnecks, a crane and a pileated woodpecker. It’s our first time here and love it.

Great camp area.. go on a weekday if possible so it's a lot less crowded. The weekends are kinda cramped.. and at $26 a night, I'd like a little distance between camps,
