I'm so glad I came here. I had a pair of Tanzanite loose stones from my trip to Tanzania that I wanted turned into earrings. Tracy Hayes, the designer, was a joy to work with. She spent a lot of time with me discussing what I wanted, showing me examples from the showroom and sketching out some alternatives. She is also very personable, easy to talk to and...fun! Jewelsmith was very transparent about the cost of various alternatives. I'm very pleased with the result -- the earrings are beautiful and showcase the stones nicely.

Had inherited jewelry from mother and had pieces appraised. Appraisal cost very pricey, and I did seek others cost estimates. Team very knowledgeable and appear to have a passion for what they do. Tracy took her time giving me a thorough explanation of what made some pieces worth appraising as well as those not worth it. Also, after the appraisal was completed, Katherine went through each piece so I understood how they were given the value they received and was so pleasant to talk with and share stories with. Will take my time deciding what to do with all of it, but definitely will go back and allow them to create something very special!

We went to Jewelsmith to find a wedding band for my fiancee. The store is lovely and the staff are amazing. We worked primarily with Tiffany, but also with Mary. Both were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We asked a thousand questions and they were able to patiently answer all of them, and there was no pressure to immediately buy something or to rush us through the process. We had our eye on a specific wedding band that was a little bit pricey for us, but Tiffany was able to find a perfect solution to get us exactly what we wanted in a way that we could afford it. I would absolutely recommend Jewelsmith to anyone, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

She helped me create an absolutely stunning redesign of my rings, using my original stones. The finished products are an absolute perfect result of what I had imagined. I had a really nice experience picking out a wedding band here! I was nervous about sizing and we got to go down in size incrementally until we got the right fit. Tracy at Jewelsmith helped us design my dream engagement ring and I could not be happier!! We came in with a vague vision of a bypass ring set with a sapphire and she guided us through all the decision making. We even got to use an heirloom sapphire from my girlfriend’s side so it has extra special meaning. I had been quite nervous about designing because the options are limitless so I really appreciated Tracy’s attention and honesty in bringing our vision to life and creating a high quality piece that fits my lifestyle and personality. As a queer couple it was really important that we find a jeweler where we are not just tolerated but welcomed with the same excitement as any couple, and Jewelsmith served us so well. Between our several visits we definitely saw other excited queer couples too which was really fun for us!! I can't say enough about how amazing the service is and how wonderful the people are at Jewelsmith. I purchased a vintage necklace from a local auction house and realized the day before I was going to give it to my wife that it needed a repair. They gave me an appointment same day with one of their amazing jewelers and they went above and beyond the call of duty not only fixing the necklace but proactively replacing a bunch of links that may have failed in the future and polished the whole piece up for me. All of this was same day! Everyone I interacted with at the store was so friendly and professional. We got our wedding rings from Jewelsmith more than 20 years ago and they are still the best of the best in the Triangle.

My original engagement ring was a dainty and unique piece from Etsy. But two days before my wedding, I cracked the band and went without one for next two years. When my husband and I finally decided it was time that I get an upgrade and something that would last forever, Jewelsmith was our first option because of all the people who recommended it.
We worked with Tiffany and the team at Jewelsmith to create a custom piece that was reminiscent of my original ring, but was more sturdy and had a better layout. We even shaped it to match the uniqueness of my great grandmother's wedding band so they fit together.

We had an extraordinary experience at JewelSmith with Katherine’s lead. We immediately felt at ease looking at engagement rings and then wedding bands. The sky was the limit for our choices! Elements from one ring were added to another, and model was 3D printed. One of the unique aspects to our engagement ring design is as that we wanted a sapphire as the center stone. Katherine was able to provide several options of color and size appropriate for the ring design. AND when we told them that we moved our wedding date, they made it all work! A custom ring and a men’s ring in less than a week after design! We are so appreciate of their craftsmanship, kindness, and dedication. Every day when we look at our rings, we are reminded of this extraordinary gift they gave us.

I bought a custom designed ring through your company and it is precisely what I wanted. The design associate, May, was extremely helpful and unendingly patient with all my design requests and modifications. The symbolism is extremely important to me. Unexpected bonus: the laser engraving on Cobalt Chrome goes great with my magnetic watch. LOL (Metal spheres indicating time are driven in slots by magnets.)
