Could not have had a better experience! My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Tracy, and she was AMAZING! She perfectly balanced listening to the vision we each had for the rings with contributing her professional opinion on style and design! She was so easy to communicate with and was consistently able to get us in for design appointments very quickly and me feel so special each time I came in. Tracy also did a phenomenal job of secret keeping since my fiancée and I were designing each other’s rings at the same time but separately!

If you are looking to be very hands on in the design process from start to finish, I could not recommend Jewelsmith (and specifically Tracy) more! My fiancée and I could not be happier with our experience and our beautiful rings!

Wonderful experience! My Wedding ring turned out beautifully. I went from yellow gold to white gold. Stunning! I enjoyed working with May and Katherine. Professional and great craftsmanship.

I spent hours reading google reviews trying to find the right place to make my engagement ring using the stone from my grandmother’s ring. And now that I am on the other side, let me save you some time and say jewel smith was the right choice!! My fiance and I worked with May and had the best experience. She guided us through our options, was supportive of all our ideas, and was able to work with us on a partial pre made setting with custom engravement to help balance cost but still get everything we wished for. Here is the before and after (before in the ring box and after on the table). I truly feel they honored my grandmas stone while also making something true to me!!!! I couldn’t love it more! Thank you!

Jewelsmith is the best! Tracy originally designed my husband and myself, wedding and engagement rings in 2013. We drove from Greensboro to work with Tracy again and she designed us both new rings - my husband a signet ring and a modern wedding ring for me. We love them both so much (see picture), and Tracy made the experience amazing, communicating often and listening to our needs. We were also able to trade in jewelry in the design process, which was great! Highly recommend Jewelsmith and Tracy.

Phil and Tiffany and all at JewelSmith are amazing. They are exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and practical. Tiffany has helped me to choose many fabulous pieces over the years. Phil made and designed my wedding ring and many other pieces since… we are so lucky to have access to a store and staff of this quality right here in Durham, NC.
