Food is always good. This time the employee didn't know how to enter my coupon and charged me full price. Not ok with a valid coupon.

This is the worst jersey mike in town like the owner charge to substitute a meat it’s crazy the mangers are unprofessional and always have a a attitude like they not in customer service I will never go back there again ever

Hands down, the best sub I’ve had in a long time! I stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Durham and ordered the classic Italian sub, and I’m still thinking about it. The meats were sliced fresh right in front of me, piled high, and perfectly balanced with crisp veggies and that signature zing from the red wine vinegar and olive oil blend. The bread was soft yet sturdy, with just the right chew—clearly baked fresh.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their craft. Everything about the experience—from the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious sandwich—was top-notch. Whether you’re a sub connoisseur or just hungry for something truly satisfying, Jersey Mike’s in Durham is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

This location is always understaffed and the wait is always far longer than at other locations. This location occasionally gets my business because of convenience, but I go out of my way to avoid this location. 4/19/2022 Walked in the door at 5:03 and the line has yet to move in 10 minutes. Ordered a giant #9, walked out at 5:25pm. 22 minutes to get a sandwich made.

Do not get delivery from here! Even if you use the Jersey Mike's app, they contract out to DoorDash, and then when your driver steals your food they'll tell you to contact DoorDash even though they set it up. They won't help at all, and you won't get your money back. Literally do not get delivery from here!
