I truly appreciate the excellent services provided during our stay. I would especially like to commend Ms. Gwen for her dedicated assistance in transportation for us to Duke University. Her helpfulness made our experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Home2 Suites.

This Hampton Inn and Suites was the most organized, friendliest, welcoming, and lovely hotel have any Hilton property we have ever stayed. They have decorated the hotel lobby and pool with graduation stuff. Every employee was so friendly and welcoming, smiles in their faces. The extra special things I did for the visitors here for graduation such as cupcakes, decorated and brownies, decorated, bottles of water, snacks, and everything else was over the top with their hospitality! They had a Special table for Mother’s Day with roses and mimosas for all of the mothers. The breakfast was all wonderful and the sweet ladies taking care of everything or so delightful and friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. They truly need to be recognized for their incredible hospitality and graciousness! I have felt the need to leave a review but this hotel deserved an A+

Outstanding stay at Home2 Suites Durham, NC

I had an excellent experience at the Home2 Suites in Durham. The hotel feels modern and well‑maintained from the moment you walk in. The gym is spacious and well‑equipped, the pool is clean and relaxing, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which made everything easier.

The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and committed to great service. Their hospitality genuinely elevated the trip and made our college tour of Duke and UNC Chapel Hill even more enjoyable and stress‑free.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Durham area. I’ll definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened a few years ago. We have always had outstanding service from check-in to check out. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff is very warm and inviting. Conveniently located five minutes from our daughter, this has become our home away from home when we’re visiting Durham. We highly recommend this hotel! Special shoutout to Bri & Pri at the front desk…top notch staff!!

We traveled from Hampstead NC (20 miles north of Wilmington) to attend a play at DPAC. We asked Rob, the hotel member who checked us in, what are the good restaurants and bars nearby that met our given parameters. Rob answered enthusiastically and with conviction that assured us a good time. And we did! All too often at hotels we get the ho-hum answer of ‘I don’t know’ and then the non-enthusiastic response of completing the check-in. Thanks Rob for the recommendations and your professional and yet enthusiastic reply. Great job well done!
