Used a 3 day pass to try the gym. Sooooo crowded. Came at 7 pm and place is packed. U need to wait in line to use weights.Just like planet fitness.
Next day came at 7am not a single treadmill is empty to use.
Sorry i hate crowded places. Probably prices are way too affordable that causes this many people. Not signing up , will find a more expensive place to avoid this crowd

Fuel fitness is one of the best gyms in Mooresville! Everyone is so kind and there is a ton of equipment! The staff is fantastic especially Owen at the front desk! I love how you can access 24/7 and the workout classes leave you sore but wanting more!

After the ownership change from Fuel Fitness, I called multiple times to cancel my membership. I was finally told back in September that the cancellation was processed. I assumed everything was handled until I checked my bank statements and realized I’m still being charged. When I called Fit 4 Life, I was told it was Fuel Fitness’ problem. When I called Fuel Fitness, they sent me right back to Fit 4 Life. Neither side will take responsibility, even though the charges are clearly coming from their gym.The runaround has been beyond frustrating, and I’m paying for a membership I canceled months ago. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I just want the charges stopped and the money refunded!!!!

I've been attending this gym for a few months and have had the great pleasure of working with Alex, Zac and Jordan in the personal training program. They are skilled and attentive trainers, and I recommend anyone reach out to them if interested in training. Shout-out to John who does a wonderful job maintaining the equipment and facilities.

My parents ages 87 and 91 were members of this gym and they were taken advantage by by these scammers! It makes me sick !! The gym was bought out and the equipment was replaced with more difficult machines that they could not use. They canceled their membership on September first and they were told it didn’t count until September second so they were charged for September and October so the ridiculous 30 day membership cancellation policy became a 60 day cancellation policy! They should be ashamed to treat an 87 and 91 year old this way. I told this rip off joint that the contract was negated when they sold the gym and changed the equipment to machines that my elderly parents couldn’t use but they said I had to pay anyway. This place should be avoided and shut down!!!!! They said they fixed it and it is on my credit card statement that I indeed paid off the balance so like I said scammer
