They did an AMAZING, if expensive, job framing a craft kit I'd put together for my BossToddler (I'm his nanny). The whole family loved it and hung it immediately in his room. Everyone in the store is very helpful and kind.

I couldn't be happier with how they framed my cheapo print, giving it a more upscale appearance. I'm glad they advised on the black mat because it turned out better than what I would have chosen. The price was 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other places. To be honest, the first time I came in a year or so ago, I didn't have a great experience (the rep refused to discuss my project without the physical print in hand, even though I had a photo of it). I'm glad I gave them another chance because my experience was excellent this time around.

I commissioned Olivia Deeeee to paint my father's portrait (attached). Clearly this work of art deserved a great frame. Frame Warehouse had a great selection. MAV was super knowledgeable and framed it in 15 minutes. He did a great job. They have been addressing my framing needs for a while but, this one made me really happy. Thanks!!!

Frame Warehouse was excellent! If you want your items well-taken care of, with hands-on design assistance, and fantastic quality and options for a great value, this is the place! Our framer/designer, Matt, was wonderfully helpful in designing our three large pieces. He was informative and made great recommendations without being pushy or "upselling." There were even some really creative options that I'd not thought of, so I was glad I went to the pros! The turnaround time was fantastic (much faster than a few other places I checked with) and I was SO pleased with the results. The owner, Eric, even came out and personally greeted my husband and I at the pick-up to thank us for our order. All in all, a fabulous experience, and will definitely be going back and recommending to others! Thanks!
