It's a couple days after the most snow North Carolina's had in years and Bojangles is not open at 5:30. I'm watching people drive through the drive-thru pull up to the parking lot and try the door. I know people are probably hungry and upset that they're not open but I think it shows an incredible employer who probably has employees who have to walk take the bus or drive on slippery roads from a distance in order to work for what most people would consider a low wage especially in today's economy. I imagine they're opening a little bit later to accommodate their employees. And when so many business owners only care about how much money they bring in and people are so insistent on having what they want when they want without consideration for other people, this shows that this place is an exceptional employer who prioritizes their employees and appreciates them.
When I had a very small complaint about some food I had gotten here and filled out that survey on the receipt I got a response from whoever's in charge within 12 hours so they obviously appreciate their customers also. Bojangles is a large national chain with small town customer service!!! -
First I'd like to know when do food service workers that handle food not have to wear gloves, every worker in this place had on zero gloves. Touching surfaces, food ,clothes etc. I ordered a canjun biscuit and bo rounds 4 people that ordered large meals after I ordered got there meals when I brought it to their attention they didn't know where my order was they did finally get my order. My only real concern was the gloves.

I’m beginning to hate this location with a passion. The fries never ever have seasoning at this location. Avoid if you like flavor on your food.

NO ONE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THIS CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAY.
MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN AN PLACE OUR TO GO ORDER AND WAS PROPERLY GREETED BY THE GENTELMAN THAT TOOK OUR OREDER. AS WE WATCH AN EMPLOYEE PREPARE OUR ORDER, I NOTICE THAT THE EMPLOYEE WAS ANGRYLY THROWING OUR ORDER IN THE BAG. I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO HER UNTIL I NOTICE THAT I ASKED FOR EXTRA CRIPSY TOTS AND THAT WAS NOT PUT IN THE BAG. I SAID EXCUSE ME, I ORDER TOTS EXTRA CRISPY, SHE SNATCHED THE BAG FROM ME AND THEN THREW THE FOOD IN THE TRASH AND THE FOOD THAT MY HUSBAND ORDER WAS THROWN IN THE COUNTER. I ASKED HER NOT TO THROW MY FOOD AND SHE SAID "I'M NOT THROWING YOUR FOOD BUT IF YOU WANT ME I WILL" I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER RIGHT AWAY. I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND HE DID AND SAID ZERO!!!! JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WE ORDERED. WHAT WE ORDERED WAS NOT THE ISSUE. THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR WAS. SINCE NOTHING WAS SAID WE JUST REQUESTED A REFUND AND GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE. THERE HAD TO BE AT LEAST 5-8 OTHER PEOPLE THERE THAT WITNESS THAT BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF REPLIMAN BY THIS MANAGER. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE EVER AGAIN. I AS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED THIS EARLY IN THE MORNING. LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER BOJANGLES@ 4600 GARRETT RD DURHAM, NC 27707!!!!! -
On sept 9 around 8pm, I ordered a dozen Bo berry biscuits. I pulled up and waited 7 minutes to get 3 soft warm biscuits and the other 9 hard and burnt.
I don’t appreciate having to wait several minutes to only receive 3 warm biscuits. They all should have been made fresh, not just 3. Very disappointed.
