I stopped in to pick up some business cards. I was greeted by Jonathan, and helped by Liza.
Liza made sure everything on my card looked good, and I was able to get my cards printed quickly.
As I was in the store also saw them help out 3-4 other customers while I was present. A 10/10 experience, would absolutely come back here for any future printing needs. -
I'm moving to a different state and had 8 luggages and 7 boxes to ship. The process went so smoothly with the help of Jonathan G. He made sure to take care of the small details and made sure it was as seamless as possible. Also very cheerful despite the huge load I got. Very grateful for him!

Really disappointed with the service. Sent a fax, it didnt go through, they still charged me $15. Guy helping me told me basically tough luck. Thank goodness I was directed to the manager who promptly refunded me.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast service. One of the best FedEx stores we have ever used. Would recommend FedEx on ninth st. In Durham to any and everyone! The use of the fax machine was completed in less than 4 minutes from start to completed and the associate walk us through every step from start to finish.

Now FedEx is our favorite shipping store to drop off our signing documents, but this particular location is super attentive and active. On top of having the self-serve kiosk, at times someone pops up out of nowhere to take my package! I mean really, and to top that, they thank me! You all are really top tier:) Thank you all for everything. We appreciate you!
