I stopped in to pick up some business cards. I was greeted by Jonathan, and helped by Liza.

Liza made sure everything on my card looked good, and I was able to get my cards printed quickly.

As I was in the store also saw them help out 3-4 other customers while I was present. A 10/10 experience, would absolutely come back here for any future printing needs.

I had an incredible experience at this FedEx thanks to Johnathan. I came in with a massive, 95-lb package that had been left downstairs at my apartment by the delivery driver. Even though the box was a bit beat up from its original journey, Johnathan was kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in.

Unfortunately, another staff member was quite rude and gave me a hard time about the condition of the box, but Johnathan stepped in professionally. He asked the right clarifying questions, handled the heavy lifting, and made sure my package was taken care of from start to finish. If you go here, ask for Johnathan, he actually cares about the customers!

I'm moving to a different state and had 8 luggages and 7 boxes to ship. The process went so smoothly with the help of Jonathan G. He made sure to take care of the small details and made sure it was as seamless as possible. Also very cheerful despite the huge load I got. Very grateful for him!

Worst customer service ever! The lady was extremely rude to the two people in front of me and to me—completely unprovoked. On top of that, the process to register the package took forever. She asked why I hadn’t taped my box, and I explained that I thought I could have it taped there. She responded, “You should buy tape because I’m not taping it,” even though she had taped boxes for the people before me.

I sent the shipping label to the email she provided, but she kept insisting she hadn’t received it—even though I had sent it over ten minutes earlier. Then she claimed she received the email but with no attachment, even though I could clearly see the attached label on my end. Turns out, she just didn’t know how to open email attachments!

Never coming back to this store.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast service. One of the best FedEx stores we have ever used. Would recommend FedEx on ninth st. In Durham to any and everyone! The use of the fax machine was completed in less than 4 minutes from start to completed and the associate walk us through every step from start to finish.
