Easy process! Cameron the service rep was informative, even-keeled, and nice. He addressed any questions I had about pricing, split between claims insurance and my responsibility. Pricing seemed reasonable for what things are nowadays. Car (VW Jetta) was clean and drove well, no problems at all. They communicated well with me regarding when my car would be done with its fixes (my rental arrangement was part of an insurance claim fix) etc. Would definitely use Hendrick Collision Center + Enterprise again! My only note is that the car alerted about needing an oil change, but this could just have been not reset or they planned to soon and haven't yet.

We made a reservation, showed up on time, and were told there were no vehicles available. Apparently Enterprise has mastered the art of taking reservations but skipped the part about actually having the car ready when you arrive.

As Jerry Seinfeld famously said, "Anyone can take a reservation. The important part is holding the reservation." Enterprise clearly doesn't understand that distinction.

We rearranged our schedule, made plans based on the reservation, and were left scrambling because they couldn't deliver on what they promised. Completely unacceptable customer service and poor planning.

Needless to say, Avis would never.

This manager has a huge EGO; I would recommend he be re-trained to understand just because a customer voices their opinion about how they handled a situation you don’t go straight to “I’m going to cancel your reservation”. As an individual I would never be rude if someone from the public that’s a customer “I RENT A LOT FROM ENTERPRISE” state how they feel on not being able to come & get a vehicle that was reserved 48 hours prior to pick up but I say all this to say we should all be mindful on how you treat people because you just never know how or if you ever cross that person’s path again. I try my best to be a good person even when I might be upset its respect within anything, God bless!

**Update** Enterprise responds to poor Google reviews with the same exact link to send you to their customer service chat. Nothing gets resolved. You're brushed off and told an area manager will call you. No one calls. I contacted customer service again today and they said the managers don't have time to call! ***

If you’re considering renting from this location, I strongly suggest reconsidering. I rented a vehicle for about a week and a half, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

During pickup, I was taken outside to review the vehicle while the representative marked off details on the contract. She verbally went over the information, and I specifically declined the additional daily coverage, clearly explaining my reason. However, because it was very cold and windy, I was rushed through the process and instructed to initial all sections, which I did.

After receiving my invoice, I discovered I had been charged over $300 for the extra coverage I explicitly declined. When I contacted customer service, I was told to speak with the location manager. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and refused to hear my explanation, repeatedly stating, “A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT,” despite the circumstances.

The vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had noticeable transmission issues.

I contacted customer service again and was told the area manager would reach out to me. It has been over a week, and I have received no follow-up. This lack of accountability and concern for customers is unacceptable.

I will not be renting from this location again and hope others avoid a similar experience.

Do not use this Enterprise! They literally left drugs in my car from the previous occupant.

I recently rented a car from there there because my SUV was being repaired by Hendrix Collision, right next door. I was told by my car insurance to use this Enterprise for my rental car.

The car I was given ran well. I had no issues with the performance of the rental. I do have issues with the fact that this Enterprise very clearly does not clean/flip the cars very well.

On appearance, when I was given the car, it was vacuumed. The customer service rep apologized to me that it was only on a quarter tank of gas, saying it was not their standard. I told them that's okay. Slight inconvenience since I was on my way to work but that's fine.

When I got in the car, I opened the glove compartment to put my current registration and insurance information in there. I found a very large Michael Kors wallet that obviously belonged to the woman that rented it before me. I immediately jumped up and gave it back to the reps inside of the Enterprise. They apologized.

30 minutes later on the way to work I got a call from a mail rep there asking if I had found a wallet. I said yes, I gave it to the female rep with the long hair. He said okay! Obviously they don't communicate well either.

I thought all of this was weird, that a wallet was left behind in the car and that it wasn't filled up with more gas. I wish I had stopped to search the entire car at that very moment because I didn't know I'd be driving around with marijuana in my backseat all week.

When I went to return the car, I searched high and low to make sure I wasn't leaving anything behind. Under seats, everywhere. In the pocket attached to the passenger seat, in the back of the car where my 6-year-old sits in his car seat, I found a sealed package of cannabis flower. Not only was it in the backseat where my 6-year-old was all week, It was in packaging that was very clearly targeted towards children.

Do not use this Enterprise. They do not clean your car. They literally left drugs in my car. Thank God it wasn't a gun.
