I had a solid experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup and return process pretty smooth. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the rental period.

Overall, a dependable option for car rentals with great customer service—I’d definitely use them again.

After having a terrible experience at Budget I ended up at Enterprise. The first location I went to was not very helpful so I ended up at the one on Chapel Hill BLVD. NAS was GREAT! I don't know if he could tell that I really needed help but, he went above all expectations. He help me get a vehicle and I was on my way. The process was very smooth and Nas' professionalism was 100! Thank you Nas for your help and kindness.

I needed a rental due to a recent accident (not my fault, lol) The repair took a lot longer than anticipated, so I kept needing to extend my rental throughout the process. I had this rental for 6 weeks in total. The staff here made the entire process very easy. Shortly into my rental the initial car had a mechanical issue which caused me to switch rental vehicles. Again, props to the staff here for making even that swap seamless. I would definitely recommend this location to friends or use again myself if a situation arose. Thanks

So I'm just going to be honest, when I first saw that the car rental pick up was going to be at this location I was hesitant. The last time I came to this one first thing in the morning 7:00 a.m. headed out of town, I was told that they had no car available! And that they had called and left a message. Mind you it had to been while we were on the way there smh and all of this was even though I had made a reservation! But I must admit, this time was a much better experience. And I thank Christian for his wonderful customer service skills and making sure we got in a car...a nice one at that. Thank you Christian

My rental car experience was very pleasant. The vehicle was clean and well taken care of and the customer service was professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.
