I was really unhappy with my experience here. I booked a premium vehicle earlier this week and this location waited until the morning of to tell me they didn’t carry any premium vehicle. I took off of work to arrange the pick up of this vehicle because I’m going out of town and the type of car and quality of car that I wanted mattered. I called them back and spoke to the assistant manager who let me know they didn’t have any premium vehicles and then had no resolution for my inconvenience. She was supposed to call me back ..never got a call. Called the call center …still no call back. Just the only option i had was to take what they had left. Nobody tried to call another branch, no one offered a discount, it was like oh well we don’t have it that’s your problem customer service is what i got from the interaction. I drove in person to speak with the manager who basically told me the same as the assistant and then mentioned that they never have premium or luxury vehicles and that it was a fluke with the website. If that’s the case it needs to be fixed because it is now inconvenience to the customer I had no time to make other accommodations because of them calling last minute, false information on the website, so I had to take a Mazda with a dent and scratches on it instead of a quality car that i had reserved. I get that inventory can change but their timeframe of reaching out to tell me it changes and the way it was handled was unacceptable. I don’t want to hear the website information is above management because i put in the Durham chapel hill address on the website and luxury cars that weren’t available said unavailable the ones that were said that they were available so that’s what i expect as the customer, now I’m being told it’s only at the airport location for luxury or premium vehicles. How about making phone calls to find me a vehicle that matches or offering a solution? So i was forced to take what they had. Of course it was cheaper because it wasn’t a luxury car but they didn’t offer a discount or any other accommodation. So I know now never to rent from this location again they always drop the ball. This was my second time trying with them. Last time they gave me a vehicle with bad tires. Looks like i will for sure have to go to the airport this time, which is a shame because this place was closer to home. Rent here at your own risk.

I had a solid experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup and return process pretty smooth. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the rental period.

Overall, a dependable option for car rentals with great customer service—I’d definitely use them again.

After having a terrible experience at Budget I ended up at Enterprise. The first location I went to was not very helpful so I ended up at the one on Chapel Hill BLVD. NAS was GREAT! I don't know if he could tell that I really needed help but, he went above all expectations. He help me get a vehicle and I was on my way. The process was very smooth and Nas' professionalism was 100! Thank you Nas for your help and kindness.

Friendly staff and fast checkin process. Seats in the car were definitely very worn and look like they were never steam cleaned but was willing to give some grace given my reservation was last minute. Otherwise had a great experience with my rental and would work with them again.

Enterprise picked me up at the body shop and took me to their rental car location. The driver and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I ended up in a Kia Carnival which was fully loaded, very comfortable and got great gas mileage. I would rent from here again.
