Excellent location, the staff went above and beyond to get a better vehicle fit for my family’s needs and got it cleaned up and ready on the spot very quickly. They went out of their way to ensure it was a positive experience and worked with insurance to minimize my out of pocket expense. All in all a 5 ⭐️ experience !! I will 💯 use Enterprise for my next rental need

I have used 15-501 before, but this time was special. My daughter needed a cake in Virginia Beach, but a scheduling issue came up on our end. What to do? Well, a vehicle appeared, and just like that, I got wheels and the cake got delivered. Happiness all around. Thank to the staff on 10-16-26 job well done 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 thank you

BEWARE they may not have any cars available and probably won’t call and notify you. Drove all the way to this branch just to be told there was nothing available. Stop letting people reserve cars that you dont have available. I should have at least received a courtesy call letting me know that nothing was available. Such a poor business practice.

Update:: after reading the response I’m not surprised that I didn’t receive any type of phone call notifying me that there was no rentals available despite the online system allowing me to book. I will make sure to stay far away from enterprise.

We rented a car through Costco auto rental. Upon arriving, they told us the car was no longer available since we were 20 mins after pick up time and tried to upsell us on a car twice the price. Costco rentals are valid for 24 hours after booking and guarantee free upgrades and this was in violation or written policy. Horrible customer service and waste of time and money. We have lodged a formal complaint through Costco as well.

We were traveling with a baby and this caused us needless hassle that could have been easily avoided.

So I'm just going to be honest, when I first saw that the car rental pick up was going to be at this location I was hesitant. The last time I came to this one first thing in the morning 7:00 a.m. headed out of town, I was told that they had no car available! And that they had called and left a message. Mind you it had to been while we were on the way there smh and all of this was even though I had made a reservation! But I must admit, this time was a much better experience. And I thank Christian for his wonderful customer service skills and making sure we got in a car...a nice one at that. Thank you Christian
