Outstanding experience. It is hard to imagine that a healthy wholesome medical experience would be so enjoyable - but it was. After the vitamin infusion, I felt energized but not jittery. Although the weather is cold and dry, my skin looks and feels soft and smooth. I strongly recommend infusions! Your body will thank you!

I recently went to see Dr. Janze for hydration therapy before my half marathon, and I can’t say enough good things! I’ve done hydration therapy before, but this was my first time here—and it was by far the best experience I’ve had.

Dr. Janze really took the time to understand my goals and recommend exactly what I needed. She’s so knowledgeable and easy to talk to—we chatted the whole time, and the session flew by!

I left feeling great and confident for my race. This is definitely my new go-to spot for hydration. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience bringing my mom in for IV hydration. The environment was beautiful, clean, and so inviting it immediately put us at ease. Dr. Janze is incredibly kind and genuinely lovely to be around; you don’t even want to leave once you’re there, and you find yourself looking forward to coming back.

Got an IV with Dr. Janze at the top of this year as I was recovering from pneumonia and needed to get ready for a job interview. She went above and beyond to take care of me and get me into a better place. She was quick to schedule a consultation with me and get me in the next day. So grateful for a boutique, luxury experience. Far from those bland franchise places that don’t care about you. Cannot wait to return when I’m back in Durham!

I truly enjoyed my time spent at Embodi Health and Wellness! The tranquil atmosphere and personal treatment was amazing. Once I left I really felt rejuvenated! This is definitely a self care experience I’m adding to my monthly routine!!
