I went here on my birthday, but I hadn't preordered anything. The shop was actually already closed, but they asked me what I was looking for and what occasion. I said chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. So the woman said to wait for a little bit. Then she came out with a box of strawberries and a balloon. I went to pay but she said no. It was so nice and the strawberries were awesome. Thank you! I will order ahead next time and pay for it!! -
This is definitely the worst Edible arrangement location . I was told my order would be delivered between 3-6 it is now 8:50pm. I’m unable to get in contact with someone. Definitely my last time ordering. Do not order at this location.order arrived at 9:13pm. Definitely don’t look like the picture on the site. Waste of money. I paid over $100.

Thurston is the best hands down! Now I know why this man is manager. He’s courteous and the customer service was excellent. I had a late order and he was able to get the arrangement to my loved one who was across town the same day. He was so helpful and I cannot day enough positive things. 5 stars

This 5 star review is solely due to the amazing employee named Curtis. It would have been zero stars without him. I had an order to be delivered today for a birthday and when I didn't hear anything or receive a delivery confirmation by 6:15p, I called to get status. I was told it had been delivered by another employee hours before, I advised that it hadn't been received. I got a call back from the same employee 15 minutes later saying there was confusion and my order was currently being delivered as we speak. That information was also not true, I read the reviews and wiped my hands of the situation. The location closes at 7pm, however, at 8:30p I got a call from Curtis who SAVED THE DAY!! Even though he had nothing to do with the mix up or errors, he took responsibility and owned it. He was so apologetic, waited for the recipient to get back home to hand deliver it and even sang Happy Birthday which was icing on the cake! Curtis, this business is extremely lucky to have someone as customer centric as you. You could have easily let it go and went home but you went over and beyond to make sure it was right. I am extremely grateful for your kindness, thank you!!

This place is phenomenal. I found a coupon on line and also if you order for next day delivery, they waive the delivery fee of $9.99. Chocolate dipped fruit was delicious, sent to someone at their work and was delivered on time and Shaquanna (manager) even changed up my order a tad for me. What else can you ask for!!! I am one happy customer!!!
