Pick up printed maps and guides while you talk with a destination expert. If you arrive outside of operating hours, please try the bin outside the front door on Main Street stocked with printed guides.

Durham has a lot of character and some great buildings. It also has some good food options. Unfortunately, it’s been overrun by homeless people who beg for money every 5 feet. Downtown feels very unsafe even during the day.

This was such a great stop to get all Durham related info. They were so so helpful and they even give free materials for your event as long as it's being held in Durham.

2 very pleasant ladies greeted and welcomed me. We held a good conversation about the goings on in Durham.

Closed on Mondays! Surely visitors come to Durham on a Monday. Sorry you don't have consideration for visitors that travel during all days of the week!

Friendly people I can remember, it's been almost two years ago I was there for a visit with my colleagues, got loads of information from them for the town even though we only had a few hours for sightseeing. If you need tourist information go here.
