The 3 stars are solely because of the beautiful, old building's potential. Sadly, when i was there it had a flop house atmosphere that turned me off. Add to this the bad smells in the (Angier & Main St.) entry way area, the roach infestation throughout the building & the lack of will to enforce HUD's no smoking rule and it's a wonder that i haven't ranked the place 1 star.

Black Mold, Roach Infestation, Can't get a hold of management unless it is about Rent, Security is there sometimes but not all the time. Not a lot of resources and help for the elderly and people with disabilities. Elevator when out alot of times, dryers didn't dry clothes completely . Flooding through the ceiling I don't know why the place hasn't been remodeled . Durham has enough money to build everything and everybody else.

The exact opposite of where I live . This looks like a project from outside but has beautiful high ceiling lofts and pool. Ping pong. Lofts at Walgreens look pretty outside ratchet in . I think u have to be even older then me to get in . I helped the homies auntie. She's sweet and good at moving furniture. Unlike me

This place needs to cleaned and sanitized badly.The elevator smelled of urine and was filthy. Needs better security, doesn't feel safe. The apt itself was decent but needs upgrades.

It could.be a nice place too.live if Management did their jobs! My stove needed too be.replaced months ago, now the fan doesnt work! I am a lung transplant.recipent an i need.this fan too be fixed! Also these flying antd or whatever they are are flying down from the roof!.I also needed my curtains.put up , it was promised too.be done in May. These things should be down right away , i shouldnt.have too keep asking over an over again!.,
