I placed my order online. The food was taken way outside of their radius to the wrong location. The driver blamed me or the app, kinda sounded like he blamed me but my receipt of my order clearly had the correct location about a mile away from the store. The driver suggested I maybe place another order. Why would I place another order vs dominos make it right and do it for me. My employees ended up microwaving their pizza to eat it. Disappointed in the customer service. -
Oh my goodness, I just had the best pizza EVER!!! Piping hot and NY style .., it’s been a long time since I have enjoyed a pizza this much. Also the garlic knots and hot marinara dip wasn’t about to be outdone

It was a Very disappointing experience.
I purchased 3 chicken Alfredo pasta and 1 order of wings. I picked it up at the store , when I started eating my pasta I found a hair, I can’t believe no one was wearing gloves or face mask with the virus going on , but they have a paper outside with a message that says only two people are allowed come in.. If they are making food they need to protect themselves as well . Then, when I went back I asked for a manager and this lady said she was but what got me more upset is that I did not received an apology or something all she said was you will get a refund to your card in 24 hours. I don’t think any customer should be treated like that specially when is not even our fault to find a hair on the food we are supposed to be enjoying . -
Yall just lost a costumer cuz theres this lady yelling at my daughter cuz she asked a question about saying the card information out loud and she took it as an " insult " first of all this woman was yelling at my daughter the whole time while she was crying and stuttering. Thats not how you're supposed to treat people and stop acting like you the victim when my daughter was being all calm and nice to her.

Employees were smoking a blunt right in front of the entrance and pizza was made poorly. I ordered a pizza with pineapple on it because I’m vegetarian and I got a pizza with pineapple on it, as well as hamburger meat, bacon, and jalapeños thrown in and mixed in randomly. Didn’t think it was that hard to make a pizza with one topping.
