Octavia was unprofessional, talking on her phone. In the midst of her phone conversation so forgot half my order. Rather than replacing my meal on my next visit, she tells me I can drive bck up there to get what she didnt put in my bag. Absolutely not! I won't be going back to this bs. And why they never got no damn honey or hot sauce⁉️ #AngieComeBack -
The chicken was hot, crispy and well cooked. Be sure to check your order because someone is putting chicken breasts in the all dark orders instead of thighs. 🧐 Also beware the staff member who wears gloves to fix the food but takes a huge lick 👅of her fingers when opening the plastic bag to put your boxes in. Aht, aht - stop that, Lady! -
I wish this location would renovate this location to make it stand out in this corner. The drive-thru needs improvement. Andrea W, customer service was top-tier. Kudos to her! The chicken was well done and tasty and the buttered biscuits were 😍😍. It looked like they were understaffed and yet Andrea let us know she was working as fast as she could. We had questions about the options and she was very patient and pleasant and explained the menu well.
As businesses are chronically understaffed across the country, let's please be sure to thank our service workers for making our lives a little less stressed. If it's good customer services, please let everyone know. -
I ordered in the drive thru, but was told to park because the chicken was cooking. After waiting for 15 or more minutes, a young lady came out to tell me that there was a mis-communication and they just started cooking the chicken so it will be another 15 minutes. I chose to get a refund instead and after going inside to get my money, I am glad that I did. The cooking area looks filthy and the manager was rude. If the owner is reading this, invest in remodeling and providing customer service training to your employees. -
Placed an order did not receive any biscuits. Did not receive the french fries the drink for the five piece chicken strip called horrible customer service. Mine knew I went through drive-through.
