Food was good. You can’t be the value for the price. Our server was missing pretty much the whole time we were there. I even went to the kitchen looking for her at one time and couldn’t find her. The guy the brings out the food was friendly and helpful. We will go back because one server didn’t change that we had an overall good experience. -
Had a nice brunch here! The service was as amazing as the food. The server was very nice and attentive to our table! The food was delicious!!! 😋 -
The wings were all cold, dry, and overly salty. I’m not sure if the one on the left was actually house BBQ sauce but man it was disgusting, salty and sour at the same time. The fried mozzarella was the only thing I enjoyed. -
Went earlier this evening and I was disappointed. Ordered a sirloin MEDIUM but it came to the table well done and very dry. Not to mention it was lukewarm. There was hair in my friend's food (she ended up not wanting her food at all). Shoutout to our server, he did a great job but the quality of the food was poor. I probably won’t return to this location. -
Went in Thursday March 5th. It was my wife's first time at chilis, thought it would cute date since she's an immigrant and didn't grow up on America's classic restaurants. What a mistake. Took us 50 minutes to get out appetizer, we got the triple sampler or w.e it's called. And two of the three items was wrong. Manager never touched our table and infact both tables around us had issues as well and the server at one point told them "I can't find my manager so il just split it off the bill".
The restaurant was super busy and I noticed the manager just lolly gagging around wiping windows while the kitchen is slamed and half the bar area isn't getting what they ordered.
Our server also split the app off which is nice but being there 1.5 hours getting our app at the same time as our food is unacceptable. Whole dinner should have been comped in my opinion. Never even got a spoon for my soup.
