Food was good. You can’t be the value for the price. Our server was missing pretty much the whole time we were there. I even went to the kitchen looking for her at one time and couldn’t find her. The guy the brings out the food was friendly and helpful. We will go back because one server didn’t change that we had an overall good experience.

I just wanted to say how amazing Jeanette was as our serve accommodating and it’s from the moment we walked in the door Angela fantastic. Gave five stars for the customer service unfortunately was not very impressed with the big mouth chicken. I see all the reviews on TikTok. It was as pictured. I feel like the chicken almost had like a freezer burn taste. Nevertheless, it will not forgive us from returning. The food was hot. The fries were amazing.

There’s a great vibe in this location - Televisions mounted on walls all around. The hostess was so king holding the doors open for my husband and with accessibility issues. The doors a little heavy. She was so cheerful and patient. We were seated close to the front door our preference. The food was simply delicious. My husband chose the half rib sauce to the side entree & I had the steak fajita- simple delicious- all condiments nice and fresh- the steak was tender - just right. The server was attentive- gave us time to make our selection. There’s full bar service. Al and all a great food experience. This location is situated on 15-501S Durham NC A variety of shops and services in the area

Very good service, fast and friendly attention. They helped me with everything I needed and explained things well. The place clean and organized. I would definitely return and I highly recommend it.

First time at a Chili's and I see why my family loves it. Great food, decent atmosphere and our waitress was friendly and patient.
